Great location!

Location and size of the property were perfect for a family of 4 with 2 little kids

The Kitchenette was not very well set. No drying rack for the plates, no small spoons, only one single kitchen towel. Also, the place was not very clean (i.e: my daughter found Euros among other stuff under the couch)

Very nice place

It’s not far from the city center, close to the bus and metro station, clean and confortable.

A bit noisy, being located on a main bulevard. Also the instructions received to check-in didn’t work. One of the owners helped us in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated.

Could not access apartment in arrival

The rooms were clean and bright

We arrived in Valencia at 21.20 in the evening, the host at the time was made aware of our arrival time by email previous to our trip. Google maps brought us to the street not the address so we found the address difficult to find as there was no name of the apartments over or near the door, access was via a key code that they described as a telephone panel but there was no telephone panel just appartment numbers, the key link on the phone didn't work and just timed out,I rang a phone number over the door a number of times but nobody picked up, as a family we had to stay on the street until 11 at night until finally another family arrived back and let us in the front door, they said that they arrived earlier that day and they had our exact same experience and they couldn't access their apartment, in the apartment no WiFi existed with network disconnected appearing on the screen, I would urge people to avoid this apartment until they get their act together, thanks to all the good people of Valencia for helping us that night.

Good location, but needs much better cleaning and some touch-ups.

The location was very convenient. The blackout curtains kept the room completely dark in the morning, which made for a nice sleep. There was plenty of space in the apartment.

Huge issues with the cleanliness: the bedsheets were not clean at all with brown spots and gunk, the bathroom had hairs and other dirt, etc. The couch in the living room is so deformed and nasty that it should have found its way to the trash heap years ago by the looks of it. The apartment is said to have to bathrooms, but the two bathrooms are connected with only an opaque shower glass between them, so you can hear (and smell) everything in the other bathroom, which is a bit awkward. The WiFi didn't work, and neither did the link we were supposed to use to check in and open the door. We had to wait 25 minutes behind the door for someone to show up and let us in.

Nice apartment in beautiful city but noisy location.

It was very clean and I liked just how central it is. I liked that it had 2 bathrooms and kitchen facilities plus cleaning products. As there were only 2 of us we just used the showers at different times as it would have been awkward especially as mum and son travelling together! WiFi was a reasonable speed as I had to do some work early morning.

It’s the first time I’ve used in app entry and it took time to work it out. I knew we were central however had no idea just how noisy the road was and even with the windows shut it was noisy. I guess it all depends on what you’re used to. Looking back now on reviews it would appear that even back in 2023 the toilet flush buttons were missing and the sliding bathroom door caused issues and still do. Other than the standard communication there wasn’t any response to a question. Whilst we spent lots of time sightseeing and out of the apartment as we always do it would have been nice to have at least been able to access some sort it tv.

Location was great. Place was clean and spacious and had all we needed

One bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn’t slide and so we could not use one of the bathrooms. I told the staff. They said they would come fix it but they never did.

A clean and comfortable apartment, close to the center.

Great location although the road outside is very busy and therefore noisy even at night. We had great weather so it was fairly warm in the night and couldn’t open the windows. The air conditioning didn’t seem to help cool the apartment.

Both bathrooms were great but the toilets are missing their flush buttons, this made it difficult to flush properly and as a result they then trickled water all night.

Clean, homey, convenient - highly recommend!

Great location - less than 15 min. away from the Joaquin Sorolla station and about 20 min. away from the city centre. Clean and tidy place with all facilities (towels, hair dryer, laundry machine, cooking utensils, and even an orange juicer!) Super easy check-in and check-out and responsive host.

Nothing :) But something minor is the flush buttons of the toilets are not easy to press.

We had a nice week and enjoyed the city.

It was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the old town.

Thanks for the week in the apartment. It was comfortable but there are a few points to note : The left hinge of the toilet seat in the en-suite was broken when we arrived. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was in the drawer and not fixed on the wall which was a nuisance. The advertising blurb conveniently omitted to tell us that the twin room did not have an En-Suite, so the people in the twin room had to cross through the Kitchen/Lounge area to get to the Bathroom. That may be ok when it’s all family but not otherwise. Likewise the the En-Suite shower and the Bathroom shower are separated only by an obscure glass panel which does not extend up to the ceiling, leaving a gap at the top for ventilation. This seriously reduced the privacy between the En-Suite and bathroom to an uncomfortable level. The sliding door into the bathroom should have a projecting handle instead of the recessed handle as when it was opened fully it receded completely into the cavity in the door jamb and could not be gripped when someone wanted to pull the door to close it. Only the men were tall enough to reach up and grip the top of the door to pull it out of the cavity in order to close it. That was tiresome all week. Worse still the door did not have a lock on it, so the door could not be secured closed when in use. This was pretty stressful for the couple who were using it and was quite unpardonable. There were only three breakfast bowls for four people. The kettle does not switch off when boiled, we had to pull it out of the wall after every use which was a nuisance and which, in turn, was causing the electrical socket to become loose on the wall. Two cockroaches were in the main Bathroom on the night we arrived. One actually climb up my friend’s leg. He brushed it off and the two ran off under the sink and we didn’t see them again all week. Fortunately our wives didn’t see them or the apartment owners would have had a serious problem.

the host was very friendly and available to please all my requests. the house was perfectly located and close by to the city center and public transport. the house was well furbished and fully equipped. We are travelling with 1 infant and we found everything we need for her. (cot, mattress, pillow, quilt, sheets)

Very good

Very cozy for a group of 6 friends. We liked the layout of the house and it was very clean, comfy beds and sofa, and everything provided was in perfect condition (pillows, kitchen utensils, iron etc). The location was pretty close to the old city's center and quiet during a busy Saturday night. Overall nice place to stay.

The cooling system was turned down when we arrived, so we had to wait several hours for the apartment to be comfortable. The kitchen essentials (such as salt, pepper, coffee, sugar etc) were missing.

Dobrze, że przyjechaliśmy w środku dnia - ale co byłoby gdybyśmy przyjechali w nocy! Jeden z pokoi jest tak mały, że mogliśmy otworzyć tylko jedną walizkę - na drugą nie było już miejsca.

Geen wifi communicatie met de verhuurder 0,0 maar 1 theedoek voor drie dagen keuken inventaris weinig staat een grote sticker op de wc dat je je wc papier in de prullenbak moet gooien maar er staat op de wc geen prullenbak schuifdeur bij de wc kan niet op slot en gaat steeds open en als hij te ver open is gegaan gaat hij heel moeilijk open en de procedure om binnen te komen is erg ingewikkeld en de hele nacht door heel veel lawaai van buiten

Agréable et confortable

La propreté et le confort. Literie impeccable. 2salles de bain idem. Par contre problème pour accéder à l appartement l interphone ne fonctionnait pas et heureusement que nous sommes arrivés tôt car on a failli dormir dehors . Il a fallu insister pour qu une personne se déplace et en plus l ascenseur était en panne. Obligés de monter les bagages a pied. Sachant que la présence d ascenseur était une condition de choix pour cette location !! Heureusement l ascenseur a été réparé le lendemain. Sinon appartement nickel !!!!

Zona perfetta per qualsiasi spostamento. Appartamento grande. Noi eravamo in 4 ma si può stare tranquillamente in 6 grazie al divano letto

La pulizia in generale. Soffione della doccia sporco (e non di qualche giorno,probabilmente settimane…). Federe e copridivano tutti macchiati. Polvere su tutti i lucernari e lampade presente.

La comodidad para hacer el check in. Las camas muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas. Las persianas tapaban bastante la luz. La calefacción funcionó perfecta. La ubicación genial, con recursos bastante cerca y caminando al centro 7-10mtos.

Nos gustó todo en general. Quizás algo más de variedad en calderos. Alguna manta ( para el sillón) y algo más de papel higiénico. Un poco complicado para conseguir aparcamiento, ya que por fuera del piso es zona azul limitada de pago.
