Overall, the price is high for what you get.

The location is good, 5 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the city center. The kitchen was okay. It was clean.

There was a hairdryer, but the heater didn’t work. The air conditioning did heat, but it’s very old. You could hear noise from the other suites because the walls are thin.

Great location and service but lack of amenities is disappointing.

The location was great and we even got to check in early. The outside terrace is great sitting out there in the evenings. We had a problem with the shower and contacted the host and we had a prompt response and even offered to send out a technician.

Lack of basic amenities eg tea towel, chopping board etc, it was a bit disappointing as it has a stove but the basic amenities to cook weren’t there. The shower also flooded the bathroom and we had to use all of our towels to clean it up, luckily we were only staying two nights but it did mean we were able to use the shower for the last night.

The Apartment is very close to all amenities, including coffee shops, groceries, bakery, Metro and Bus stations. It's very functional. Basically a 1 bedroom flat with a sofa bed. We were a family of 4 and stayed quite comfortably. Even though the one allocated to us, was close to the street, the noise outside was hardly heard. Main Bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was decent. Shower room spacious.

In our case, the Outdoor veranda wasn't directly with the apartment so we hardly made use of it. Valencia is well known for it's night life and during our stay we had a group of youngsters coming in very late around 6am and being quite noisy. With thin walls installed, this was quite a nuisance. The AC needs a service because even at 21 degrees and being on a groundfloor, it didn't feel that its cooling that much. Knowing that we were going to be 4 people, some additional toilet paper would have been preferred. We only had 1 roll. When we arrived, we had to prepare the sofa bed with the linen ourselves, nothing serious, but upon booking, the agency knew we were going to be 4 people.

Terrible bathroom

The tv, the air conditioning, the balcony

The bathroom was absolutely uncomfortable. The shower has not curtains, so when you open the water, all the floor is wet and becomes impossible to walk on it. Beside, the bathroom has not any forniture, so you can put your things nowhere, maybe only on the floor (wet obviously). The window was broken, so you have difficulty in opening and it has only a curtain, so in the early morning the light enter, not so good for sleeping. There is the iron, the ironing board and the drying rank but not the washing machine,so useless.

Crappy apartment with poor service in seedy neighbourhood.

Bed was reasonably comfortable.

There was no terrace attached to the apartment despite being included in the description. We were allocated the first apartment which only had one French window that opened directly onto the street. We couldn’t open the window or the curtain (without passers by looking straight in), so the apartment was stuffy and airless with no natural light. Also lots of street noise. Hairdryer was broken. Check-in was a disaster - we were required to add a signature to our online registration - but unable to do this on our hand held devices, and therefore our payment had been taken but the door code was not released to us. Our requests for assistance via the booking app were ignored. We traipsed across town with suitcases for two kilometres to gain assistance from a friendly staff member and three hours after arrival finally gained access. Furnishings were grubby. Neighbourhood seedy.

Apartamento bien pero no se puede dormir en el sofá cama, está muy viejo.

Nos gustó la terraza y lo amplio que es el apartamento.

Reservé para 5 personas 3 noches, por lo que dos tenían que dormir en el sofá cama. En el sofá cama no se puede dormir, es un colchón viejo y desformé. Las dos personas que tuvieron que dormir ahí lo pasaron muy mal. No hay menaje suficiente y las ollas que hay están viejas y no se pueden usar, falta un poco de servicios básicos en el apartamento. El sofá esta viejo y sucio.

Basterebbe veramente poco per rendere la struttura molto accogliente.

La posizione per le nostre necessità in quanto Vicinissima alla stazione centrale e alla fermata metro.

La struttura é nuova ,arredata in maniera semplice e funzionale, c’è tutto, anche il ferro da stiro, potrebbe essere molto carina peccato che è mantenuta malissimo, tutto sporco, il divano è sudicio, la pianta finta da quando è lì non è mai stata pulita, il materasso è praticamente un’amaca, i muri sporchi e un tappeto lercio.

Ubicación, sitio amplio para dos personas, patio exterior.

La puerta de salida al patio estaba rota, el sofá tenía marcas de antiguas pisadas que, a pesar de estar limpio, ahí seguían, la nevera hacía mucho ruido, de madrugada se oían ruidos de gente limpiando y andando de un lado a otro.

Sauberes Appartemrnt! Gute Anbindung an den öffentl. Verkehr. Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar Lebensmittelmarkt ganz nahe! Sehr ruhige Lage!! Die Terrasse ist vermutl. in anderen Monaten gut zu nützen, auch schon zum Frühstück!! Wir waren Mitte November da.

Küchenausstattung etwas wenig. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Duschtücher im Bad (Haken) sind leider zu wenig!

Dépaysant, ensoleillé et une ville à découvrir sans hésiter

Le peu d’ustensiles de cuisine et accessoires pour cuisiner sur place. Nous avions une semaine à passer dans les lieux. Par exemple par d’ouvre boîte, ni de spatules en bois pour les poêles. Lesquelles étaient dans un état pitoyable (en Téflon c’est dangereux pour la santé) nous avons insister pour en avoir d’autres fournies après plusieurs échanges et en devant insister. Enfin déposées le 3e jour pas neuves non plus les nouvelles mais ça allait. Pas assez de verres par exemple pour un séjour d’une semaine (3 verres à eau et pas de verre à pied) à peine assez de couverts aussi. Et pas de torchon non plus pour le coin cuisine. Bref trop léger de ce côté là vu le prix de la nuitée. Sinon confortable et propreté au rendez vous . Juste le tissus duc canapé-lit qui qui mériterait d’être vraiment nettoyé.

un poco descuidado, falta mensaje ni siquiera 4 cubiertos por persona.. el baño descuidado ni siquiera hay para poner el rollo o colgar las toallas. el sofá cama incómodo. la manguera de la terraza estaba rota,hay cucarachas..y las fotos dan lugar a error pues la terraza en la q aparecen ls tumbonas no es la terraza del apartamento, es la del patio o jardín común. aún así para 1 día o 2 en pareja bien, para más días y siendo una familia de 4 no lo recomiendo.

Sfornito e pulizia molto scarsa

L’appartamento è ampio e bello , il patio esterno utile, la zona notte rialzata era molto calda, ma è presente un condizionatore. Bagno piccolo, un po’ spartano, ma sufficiente. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è trovare parcheggio gratuito libero sulla strada . Si arriva in centro storico con 20 minuti di passeggiata, ci sono anche gli autobus ma sono un po’ cari. Tutte le altre attrazioni della città , la parte nuova (tappa fondamentale) , i giardini e i centri da visitare, necessitano dell’auto.

L’ho trovato molto sporco, pavimento in condizioni igieniche pietose, quelle pochissime stoviglie in cucina incrostate, divano macchiato, come il tappeto. Il terrazzino indecente. Nel complesso tutto completamente sfornito di cose che sarebbero utili: una moka non c’è , e’ presente la macchina per cialde senza cialde (o andate a comprarle o non berrete neanche un caffè ) , stoviglie poche, pentolame ancora meno. Tostapane pieno di briciole . Una cucina così è inutile. Non si viene forniti di nulla, neanche di un tovagliolo, giusto una spugna usata. La lavatrice, in una soluzione come questa , sarebbe indispensabile (lavandino talmente piccolo che non si può fare il bucato, ma è presente il ferro da stiro ) . Non mi è piaciuto fare il check-in online attraverso il loro sito che si inchiodava e mi ha fatto perdere tempo(in viaggio se ne ha poco) non mi è piaciuto non riceve i codici di accesso alle 16 quando doveva essere disponibile, ma sollecitarli alle 18 al telefono, quando ormai ero sulla porta con le valige. Non mi è piaciuto , appena entrata sentirmi chiedere quando avrei liberato lo spazio perché dovevano fare le pulizie (ho pagato fino al check out quindi non chiedermelo) . In bagno un asciugamano a testa soltanto, e 5 bustine di bagno doccia ( eravamo in 3 per due giorni). Neanche un cavatappi , una bottiglia di acqua. Tutto molto sfornito e sporco, sono rimasta due notti, ho pagato 125€ a notte, mi aspettavo un trattamento migliore, quindi giudico il prezzo troppo alto.

Podiam colocar uma piscina…

No me gustó la escasez de vajilla, vasos, tazas etc ponen una cafetera de capsulas y no ponen capsulas, para eso que pongan una italiana. Sugiero..la habitación dispone de una salida a la calle que para ventilar es muy indiscreta. Ver la tele implica invadir una de las camas. Al menos en la habitación que estuve, no se di el resto son iguales.

Appartamento pulito, biancheria pulita, terrazza piccola ma molto piacevole.

Bagno enorme ma senza un minimo punto di appoggio neanche per un asciugamano. Il Nulla cosmico. Basterebbe veramente una minima spesa per completarlo in modo adeguato. Doccia enorme adibita a persone disabili ma totalmente sprovvista di vetro o tenda....ogni doccia un bagno completamente allagato. Per lo stesso motivo non abbiamo potuto fare uno shampoo. Niente zanzariera...e camera sempre piena di piccoli moscerini. Stoviglie non sufficienti. Materasso divano letto macchiato.

Расположение прекрасное. Рядом станция метро, вокзалы Центральный и Северный. До центральной части города можно дойти пешком.

В номере не было обещанной террасы, а та, которой можно было пользоваться, находилась в конце общего коридора. Окно выходило на улицу. Ночью при открытом окне было шумно, а при закрытом не было свежего воздуха. Приходилось жить при закрытых шторах, так как апартаменты находятся на первом этаже. И еще большой минус: не было штопора. В стране с большими винными традициями штопор - это необходимый атрибут кухни. Пришлось потратить время на его поиски и приобретение. Надеюсь, он пригодится будущим гостям :)
