Modern and in excellent condition

The apartment is very modern and in excellent condition. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location easy walking distance from the train station and 20 minutes from the city centre.

Wonderful value for the price & great for families!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious, incredibly clean, quiet, and cozy. Equipped with anything you might need during your stay - also a great kitchen for cooking if desired. The A/C worked great, plenty of natural light in the living room and rooms, and very comfortable beds. The location was nice - easily accessible from the central train station and a 15-20 minute walk to the center. The area was residential so we felt very safe. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops around as well. We are very happy we found this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Truly not much to complain about. We had so much space and were very comfortable during our stay. The only downside was being on a higher floor and having to take our luggage up and down the small elevator.

Nice accommodation where staff will make you feel welcomed.

We liked the location and the support we got from the entire staff. A warm thank you to the manager that waited for us until 6:00pm in the evening when we arrived by car from Alicante! We will not forget it.

We absolutely hated the underground parking, unsuitable for any bigger car than a sedan such as VW Golf or Mini. I have no idea what the building codes in Spain say about the minimum area for parking access or the car stall sizes, but this was one of the most challenging underground parking I had to deal with ever. The ramp going down into the underground parking is rather steep, the turn at the bottom of it is 90 degrees to the left with the concrete walls on both sides unfriendly, the gate opens inwards so you cannot wait for it on the ramp to fully open as you are trying to get out (why not an up and down solution instead?), and wiggling the car a few centimeters to the left and to the right (bit by bit) to fit inside a parking stall requires 10+ good minutes to park or to get out of it. Last but not the least the entry into the garage is not visible from the street. We passed by it once as we arrived without seeing it from the busy street with parked cars and a bus / taxi lane in-between. For someone new to the city this is an important aspect to improve.

Lovely stay

Very spacious, comfortable apartment. Child friendly.. Everything was fully accomodated and it was very convenient. I would have loved to stay for longer. Has a lift which was fundamental. Both bedrooms with a bathroom.

The kitchen was a little dark, but generally speaking, this apartment was lovely.

Spacious, bright, and comfortable apartments close to the main attractions and cafes

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners were super helpful and gave us all the information we needed for check-in and our stay. The rooms were really big, even for Valencia or Spain standards! The place is huge, perfect for a big family. Everything was tidy, the beds were very comfy, and even though it’s close to the train station, it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice comfortable stay.

The staff was kind and helpful. The apartment itself was very big, with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room. The apartment also had all the facilities: laundry, kitchen, ironing board. The position was fine too, especially if you love walking! If you do not, there's still a metro station nearby. You can also leave your luggage with them and stroll without worries.

The cleanliness could have been a little bit better, we found some stains and dirt in the living room/rooms. The beds are french style, meaning it's a little smaller than the average king size bed. It is quite pricy for what it offers, especially considering the position is not completely central. The sorrounding area is not particularly great as it is near the station.

It’s not good experience.

The living room is quite bright.

We have 4 person living the apartment for 4 nights.on the third day, we kindly asked the staff for toilet paper and were told “ none, you should buy on your own”, it is weird. We also found that the sofa in the apartment is too dirty, even some bugs on the sofa. No clean service during our stay.

Dreadful!

It was reminiscent of a noisy backpackers hostel. Apartments around and above us were occupied by groups of younger visitors who kept us awake throughout the night with their noise. Photos of the rear of the property show just how easily the noise can travel (I’m attaching photos of the inside of the building showing the lay out of the apartments) and we truly had the most awful stay here. If they are going to cram the apartments full of young holiday makers who want to party, that’s fine, but the hotel should make this clear in their advertising so that families like ours, just looking for a few days rest and relaxation, are properly informed and can choose somewhere more suitable. Additionally the mattresses sag in the middle and need to be changed, the pillows are thin and lumpy and everything about the apartment was cheap and incredibly basic - not even a tea towel in the kitchen. If you need extra bathroom towels they charge you. Overall this was just an expensive and depressing experience.

Nice, clean apartment near city center

The apartment is spacious, clean, and light and has pretty much everything you'd need for a long/short stay in Valencia. Location is good, a short walking distance from the city center, close to public transport, etc.

We had to leave due to personal reasons a week before we agreed to leave (we were supposed to stay for 4 weeks) and the company didn't offer any discount or delay the days we paid for, like for a weekend or to use at least 3-4 days at any point during this year. It's our fault we had to leave, but it would be a nice gesture if they made any kind of compensation.

Great location 15 minute walk to Ayuntamiento, shop close by, apartment was big, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful, parking was handy but it cost.

Seemed expensive for December / January and parking at €75 for the week was also expensive. However I've never been away for new year before.

Clean, comfortable, bright and contemporary apartment in convenient location. Good sound insulation from busy street outside. Nice sized rooms, lots of storage, and modern touches such as Netflix.

Noise from other apartments, especially directly above, can be an issue. Some signs of wear and tear. Wi-fi doesn't seem to reach the bedrooms.
