Very bad experience

Nothing except location. Beds , sofa, bathroom, coffee machine nothing works properly

Clean handy large apartment with easy access to everything in Valencia.

The property was very clean and spacious and we liked the location. Very comfortable bed! Being high up on the sixth floor gave us great views and a feeling of even more space. Right next to the building was a bar and an excellent ‘Panaria’ with breakfast croissants and pastries and pizza slices etc. Supermarket just over th road on the side street. Buses easy to get within a 5 minute walk from the flat, Joaquin Sorolla main train station very close.

A pleasant stay

The view it offered from the living room was quite nice. Kitchen well equipped. We were the only ones staying. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Bedroom window not secure (it fell out into my hands when I tried to open it) and power cut out one day. Both fixed after communication with Ana who was super helpful.

Adequate, but not as nice as the description/rating indicated.

Location was great, but a little difficult to find the place. Met as agreed and provided a good explanation of everything. Place was nicely decorated.

AC was in only 2 rooms (living room and bedroom) and could not run both at the same time due to power load. Rest of apartment was hot and humid. Though this may be common in Spain, it should be noted in the description. Washing machine did not completely wet the clothes on the first run leaving soap on the clothes and so required a second run (without soap) to get them rinsed.

Great stay in prime location at good price

Great location very convenient for RENFE and MetroValencia (for airport and everything else). Short walk into Ruzafa with more than enough bars and restaurants. Having the run of a whole apartment is so nice; like being at home while on vacation!

Todo perfecto. Atención, limpieza, comodidad, ubicación inmejorable!

El trato exquisito con Ana y César. Disponibilidad absoluta para realizar el check in a pesar de haber reservado por la noche. Destacar la limpieza, el buen olor de todas las dependencias (habitación, baño, cocina...), la comodidad de la cama y almohada, iluminación regulable, etc.
