Habitaciones VIP en Vivienda Compartida Muy Céntricas

The kitchen and living room are very big considering how amazing the location is!! Very nice place to stay

l’appartamento era veramente bello, moderno e ordinato, il bagno della nostra camera però era fuori davanti alla porta della stanza, diviso dalla stanza degli altri ospiti. nonostante ciò il bagno era molto comodo e pulito. La cucina era attrezzata con frigo, microonde e anche forno funzionante, inoltre una macchinetta del caffè e spazio per pranzare o cenare. la posizione è perfetta, completamente in centro vicino a fermate di metro e mezzi come bus, inoltre super centrale e vicino a negozi e ristoranti ma anche mini market come quello sotto casa che è stato estremamente utile. super consigliato

Non c’è stato nulla che abbiamo riscontrato dí negativo, solo qualche problema con la porta di ingresso ed il codice, per il resto tutto positivo

The location was great, a couple minutes away from the Valencia Nord station. While the kitchen was shared, it was super big and clean, same thing for the living room. The balcony had super cute views of the street, which we really appreciated at night.

To start off, we hadn't received any code or instructions for entry by the time our check-in came, so I texted the property, which they didn't reply to. I ended up having to call them, but the connection was so horrible that I couldn't understand a word. I didn't even know if the man on the phone was speaking English or Spanish to me. In the end we managed to get the code, and all was fine again. However, halfway through our stay, we came back to the apartment to find a stool in the shower. Turns out the panel above the shower had been taken out because there were problems with the air-conditioning, which we had not been informed of. They didn't give us any information or instructions on it, because the panel was still on the floor and we couldn't use the shower. When we came back later that evening, the panel was put back in. It didn't stay in long, however, because as I was grabbing stuff out of the shower, the panel fell down, almost hitting me in the head. I texted them after, asking them to come fix it, but they ignored me until we checked out. In other words, communication with the property was generally really bad.
