The 2-bedroom apartment Flats Friends Tetuán is located next to La Paz street, one of the main streets of the historic heart of the city of Valencia. It is an ideal accommodation for families and groups in a 7-apartment building, so there are no crowds.
The Flats Friends Tetuan apartment has a warm decor with exposed brick walls. It is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 6 people with a double bed in one room, a bunk bed in the other room and a double sofa bed in the living room. Cotton sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
The apartment is located near the Plaza de Tetuán in Valencia, in a quiet, little trafficked street parallel to La Paz street. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Calle Colón, commercial area par excellence of the city. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.
The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es muy acogedor y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Gran piso, limpio, con todos los servicios en centro del centro historico.
El aire acondicionado (la machina de la cocina no esta muy limpia y la del gran dormitorio no esta silencio).
Oimos un poco los otros habitantes.
Podrian dejar mapas de la ciudad para los turistas.
