Apartamento ubicado en buena zona, cerca del supermercado y cerca de la playa no hay que coger coche. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores en las habitaciones. Muy completo ( toallas, jabón, utensilios cocina..lavadora).. Miguel muy atento y muy amable.

La tranquilidad de la zona y que hay paradas de autobús cerca para ir al centro y otros lugares de Valencia. El apartamento está equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días sin tener que comprar cosas tipo: champu, gel, lavavajillas, papel de cocina... Todo ello te lo dejan sin problema. La playa a 5 minutos del apartamento y varios supermercados alrededor.

The apartment is in a gritty, traditional suburb, but whilst it’s a bit run down in places it feels safe and we liked it. Close to beach, restaurants, buses, supermarket and bike rental. Nice comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with sufficient plates, glasses, etc. Good sized apartment easily sleeping 6.
Cleaning can be improved - surfaces are fine, under beds etc. less so. A kettle would be useful. A bit difficult to communicate with the owner if you don’t speak Spanish. A bit noisy at times.
