Good stay

I liked the apartment, very nice, confortable. At the street level but it was ok. Food shop Mercadona close by. Metro station 10 min away. The best way is the bus, it takes you everywhere you want, 2 min from the apartment, it's better than the metro or the tram. Take bus 19 to Ciudad de Artes/Oceanografic, to the mall El Corte Ingles y Centre Comercial Aqua, the center Ayuntamiento, to the street Rusaffa. Even if it is not in the center the bus and the price make it perfect.

I would take the nice posters from above the beds, glass is a hazard.

We really enjoyed our stay and would defo stay again

That it was such a big apartment. It was close to the beach. It was lively authentic Spanish neighbourhood.

Just the shower made the bathroom floor very slippery

Great for families

Great location near the beach and near the metro. It has several bedrooms and 2 toilets, great for family travel. Very convenient. Host was very helpful with any requests from our side. Bedrooms were large with queen size beds, very good sleep 👌

1. The flat is on the ground level, you exit from living room directly in to the street. Anyone passing by or talking on the street can be heard. Luckily we were off season , not much traffic in the area so it didn't affect us to much. 2. The property seems to be using a hot water tank, so the hot water runs out pretty fast if someone is taking a long shower, you have to wait 1-2 hours before someone else can take a shower. You either take short showers or shower on different days so no problem.

Bonito apartamento muy amplio

Lo que más me gustó es que era muy amplio, las camas de las habitaciones muy grandes, hay aparcamiento fácilmente, aunque a nosotros nos coincidía que era jueves y ponían en el barrio un mercadillo, pero había a 5 minutos andando parking gratis de tierra, la atención recibida por parte del personal en todo momento excelente, estuvieron muy atentos, la localización fue fácil con la dirección y más al estar en un bajo, tiene cocina equipada y para más sorpresa una plancha que nos vino genial! Solo estuvimos una noche que nos pillaba de paso y puedo decir poco más, pero por la calidad y el precio puedo decir que está muy bien y es de agradecer!

Me gustó todo, pero por poner una objeción es el tipo de gente que vimos de madrugada, una muchacha le dijo a mi amiga que iba con los niños después de aparcar, que no era conveniente a esas horas estar en la calle por esa zona, pero no tuvimos ningún problema la verdad y el mercadillo tenía de todo a muy buen precio jjj y recalcar la buena atención y comunicación recibida en todo momento!

Dies war eine gute Wahl für unsere Familie. Ausgezeichnete Lage. 5 Minuten Sand zum Strand. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Es gibt einen großartigen Parkplatz von 200 m von der Unterkunft. Wir haben 7 Tage lang 66e bezahlt. Holen Sie sich QRKOD und wir könnten jederzeit ausgehen und eintreten. Die Stadt erreicht 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Calidad precio inmejorable

El alojamiento es amplio y está muy limpio, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cerca de la playa. Además dispone de aire acondicionado, cosa que se agradece con las altas temperaturas y está muy cerca de la playa de las Arenas, 10 minutos caminando. Calidad precio la verdad que inmejorable

Por poner alguna pega, al encontrarse ubicado en un bajo, el ruido de la gente y los coches pasando puede resultar molesto por la noche y la ducha de uno de los baños al no encontrarse sellada con silicona hace que el agua se salga y se encharque todo el baño al ducharte ahí.

Nos encantó el apartamento, muy amplio y cómodo. La ubicación estupenda muy cerquita de la playa. Excelente relación calidad - precio. El anfitrión muy amable, me resolvió las dudas con mucho agrado y me ayudó en lo que necesitaba. Sin duda alguna volvería

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y cuidado, dos baños y tres habitaciones por un precio inmejorable, camas cómodas, el barrio es más tranquilo que la fama que tiene, está cerca de la playa, buena comunicación con el anfitrión

Lo único sería que el sumidero de las duchas no están bien planteados y se sale el agua por todo el baño

Era muy espacioso, estaba muy limpio , las camas eran cómodas y tenía todo lo necesario. Además estaba muy cerca del puerto. Fuimos 7 personas y estuvimos muy bien.

Fuimos con niñas y muy cómodo por que es muy amplio, muy limpio y a poco tiempo caminando de la playa. Las almohadas muy buenas y eso suele ser raro de encontrar. Repetiría, muy recomendable.

To ogromne mieszkanie, które spokojnie pomieści więcej, niż 2 osoby. Czuliśmy się tam jak w pałacu, kuchnia, dwie łazienki, trzy pokoje do spania, a byliśmy tylko we dwoje. Było czysto, a mieszkanie wyposażono we wszystko, co potrzeba, od ręczników i suszarki począwszy, kończąc na dobrze zaopatrzonej kuchni. W oknach rolety antywłamaniowe. Lokalizacja na wielki plus, bardzo blisko do plaży, całkiem niedaleko od stacji metra.

Dość cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z ulicy.

Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta

Spokojna lokalizacja. Z resztą całe miasto sprawia wrażenie bezpiecznego (co nie można np. powiedzieć o Barcelonie). W ferie zimowe cicho na ulicy. Bardzo blisko do plaży, ale również do stacji Maritim, która jest dobrym punktem przesiadkowym z lotniska i do centrum. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez czata Booking.com. Samo mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Wspomniany w komentarzach problem z dostępnością ciepłej wody mocno przerysowany. 4 osoba rodzina spokojnie brała prysznic i jeszcze pozmywałem naczynia i na wszystko starczało.
