It is important to emphasize that we did NOT receive the apartment we originally booked. We paid for a studio, but were given a large apartment with an open-plan kitchen and a separate bedroom. Therefore, our review applies to this specific unit!
The apartment is large, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Although we didn't use it, in addition to the living room and the bedroom, there is also a more modest but perfectly functional room with bunk beds.
It is located in a residential block surrounding a courtyard, very close to the metro station that goes to the airport (Line 5). The building itself is well-maintained, and entry is via a code.
The location is excellent! It’s not in the city center, but Metro Lines 5 and 7 are very close by. Tram 6 stops right in front of the house (heading outbound), as does Tram 8, which takes you straight to Valencia's beach (only 3 stops away).
Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion: Since the kitchen and bathroom windows look onto the inner courtyard of the neighboring block, it would be worth applying privacy film to them. There isn't much of a view anyway, and it would prevent neighbors from seeing in.

The place itself is very well-sized (main room and two bedrooms of decent size), comfy beds. There is a great kebab place just outside, which was really helpful as we've arrived late. Rooms have great temperature control, we managed to set it to most comfy levels, even though it was rainy outside.
As we were visiting during Fallas, there was a lot of noise outside - there's a all-night night-club outside with festivities that didn't end until very early morning. Everything else was fine there...

It was clean, easy and o get in, I loved the lockers to save your luggage if you arrive early, close to the beach walking.
The bunk bed, it is a little more comfortable but in general, it was perfect for my stay.
