Great place great location awesome terrace

Lovely studio apartment in a really good chill neighboorhood where you have everything you need nearby. The terrace is super big and great to sunbathe and or chill with your buddies! The place was clean and had all the things u need to keep it clean too throughout ur stay. Very nice natural lighting. Dishwasher come in handy, and tabs as well as dishwashing tools were provided. Overall its a great apartment in a great location!

Place seems poorly insulated so it tends to get chilly but the air con machine warm up the whole place in no time. Maybe a bit more dishes and cooking tools would come in handy.

Location was great, only 2km from marathon start. Object is very clean.

Internet speed should be better. I found Maritime 23 5G EXT wifi which was excellent, but it wasn't available all the time. Maritime 23 is not so good.

Wonderful stay in a comfortable, well-located apartment with everything I needed.

The apartment was super comfortable, had everything I needed, and the kitchen was really well equipped. I also loved the neighborhood .. close to coffee shops, the beach, and everything I needed. The building having a washing machine was super convenient too! 😊 I felt completely at home and had a great time!! ✨

A disappointment

The room was clean, well-equipped, the location was good - 15 min by bus.

The apartment was in an apartment building right next to the main entrance and we could hear our tenants opening and closing the door and entering the code. The door slammed each time it closed. Furthermore, in the street, where the apartment was located, on a side street, were ongoing construction works and a lot of noise. The door and the windows were of low quality with poor sound-isolation so we couldn't sleep at all at night. After the first night we asked for a discount and we decided to move out. We found a better place even cheaper. The manager gave us a discount, which we appreciated, but we were really disappointed and the facility was clearly overpriced. Other apartments which were not next to the main entrance might have been better.

It was a great location with easy access to transport, walking distance to the beach and lots of good food places nearby.

Comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

Apartment was spacious for 3 people, well equipped and clean. We really liked the little balcony on the lounge with a street view and the fact that the street was away from the main tourist areas but near the port, metro station, bus routes and a beautiful beach.(20 min walk). We would stay here again if we come back to Valencia.

It was quite difficult to find the street initially. The lift was very small.

Wonderful Valencia🍊

The location was perfect! Public transportation is awesome in Valencia. The apartment (2B) was very cosy, and big for three of us. I liked the shower, the water pressure, the shower gel:) The bed was very comfortable, I slept well:) The luggage room was pretty useful! ☺️

Cute stay close to the beach

It was close to the beach in a quiet little alley. Nicely done, clean, with every facilities you need. Even a little closet. Self check in is easy.

The floor was really cold and the elevator runs next to the apartemnt which is givin a creeking noise, even during the night. So bring warm sock and earplugs. :) Then all is good.

Not a good choice.

Public transport and supermarket nearby. Easy to arrive to the beach and to visit city attractions. Apartment is almost new with all appliances in good condition, and has almost what you need.

Apartment is soundproofed only from the outside, but unfortunately you can hear absolutely everything inside the building. Neighbors who come from bars in the morning, or neighbors who are doing parties and who do not follow quite hours. If you come to Valencia to have fun in group, those apartments are an excellent choice, if you want to visit, relax and have a good sleep, then definitely not. During 7 nights I was not able to sleep well at least 6 hours per night.

The property is really spacious and nice! In a quiet neighbourhood and not close to the beach area. Super market is just around the corner and plenty of cafes.

The sewage in our apartment was poor. It’s flooding every time we have a shower.

Good locations near the metro, a great restaurant near the property with Italian pizza, and the beach is in close proximity to the property.

I didn't like several things, first - there was no WIFI on the property, and when we tried to ask the host about it, he didn't reply. (There was a router, but no way to connect to it). The apartment was dirty, with dust, a clogged sink in the shower tub, and not perfectly clean towels. Also, we were concerned about our safety because to access our room, we had to use the same code, that everyone uses to enter the building. I am assuming, but not sure, that with our code, we could've enter any apartment, just as anyone could've enter our room.

Lovely new apartment in a good location by the metro stop.

There was no duvet for the cotbed. Also it was not immediately clear on booking that a deposit was required. The deposit request came through in spanish which I could not understand and i thought it was a scam at first.

The owners of the business are a bit disorganized. Instructions given by the property on how to enter after online checkin were not followed - never got an email that was supposed to be sent. Then, there was no wifi code in the apt, and although I wrote twice it was never sent to me.

In this trip we combined business and holidays, Valencia offers a lot to see and enjoy.

It has an ideal location, with excellent public transport access to both the central city and the beach. The host is very helpful, responded immediately to our requests. The rooms are simply but efficiently furnished, the whole place is very functional.

The apartment was conveniently located. We got to where we wanted to go easily by bus or walking. The apartment was clean and the lady who received us was very kind. They're only a phone call away should you need them.

It can get very noisy during the night. However if we visit Valencia again, we would love to stay again.

Great space!

The room had everything we needed - sofa and TV area for chilling, kitchen had all amenities that we needed for the trip. We even used the balcony space as well; great for when the weather is sunny. The room was also equipped with air conditioning which was needed during our stay.

The room had a safe provided however it did take us some time for us to figure out how to use it as the button inside was not very visible. Unfortunately, the WiFi details provided was not working and had to rely on my data roaming which didn't have the greatest reception/connection.
