The location, close to tram, beach and restaurants.
The code for the apparment entrance was not working, we had to enter the code for 5-6 times before it opened the door. A back-up classic key should be available.

We visited during a very hot period and the fact that the living room and both bedrooms had their own AC, was very appreciated. The apartment looked like the photos and it was perfect for our group of 4. We were attending an event at the marina, so we were only a 10-min away walk.
There were just a couple things including to the appearance/state of the couch in the living room, to the fridge freezer door which was broken and impossible to open, and some water leaking from the shower onto the floor. Everything else was great.

Long way to walk to beach with kids if you have no transport No outside area The image is misleading Washing machines outside apartment Lifts very small for for prams and suitcases No irons Bathroom very shabby Ok for student stays i would say Not family friendly
