De locatie was echt perfect, zeker als je langer dan 3 dagen blijft zo kan je strand en centrum Valencia combineren. Minder als 10 minuten wandelen. We hadden even een probleem met het doorlopen van de gootsteen, maar de host stuurde meteen een loodgieter waardoor het probleem snel was opgelost! Zalig verblijf gehad!
Geen slechte dingen, maar een afwasmachine was wel handig geweest, maar dat is een detail.

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach, it did take time to reach the city center but there were many bus stops nearby. The cleaning lady was helpful, and the it was easy to reach the apartment contact anytime.

Der Minibalkon im Innenhof ist rundum von oben einsehbar, winzig und die Kanalisation stinkt bestialisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche war spartanisch. Das Apartment könnte absolut top sein, wenn die Ausstattung nicht so billig und geizig wäre…

Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage (10 min Fußweg zum Strand), alles sauber und gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
