The location and the AC - daytime temps 35+C and at night only down to 26C. Good facilities with 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities and two fridge / freezers. Good fast WiFi

No AC in the twin room.

Middle bedroom could use an air conditioner.

Francesca's property was perfect for our family holiday in Valencia - there were 4 of us including 2 adult kids aged 22 and 19, so we had both apartments. First floor has a good size double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom. Second floor has a good size double bedroom and the outside terrace. Both apartments had good bathrooms and kitchens, and spacious living / dining areas. Location was excellent - close to transport links into central Valencia and only a 10 minute walk to the beach (which is lovely). There were lots of really good bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The food market and 2 good supermarkets were also close by. There's also a bike hire shop just round the corner if you fancy exploring Valencia on 2 wheels - this is so easy on the dedicated cycle paths. Recycling was easy with lots of bins at street level as you walk round for your paper, glass and plastics. Communication with Francesca was also very good, with clear instruction on how to access keys, and follow up messages to ensure that we were enjoying our holiday. She also provides a useful guide to the local area which gives you a starting point on your adventures.

Nothing, we could not fault this property for a family holiday.

Apartamento bien equipado, contaba con lo necesario

Desafortunadamente pasamos dos noches casi sin pegar ojo por las fiestas, delante del apartamento había una carpa con música a todo trapo, el apartamento entero retumbaba literalmente. Nos parece bastante grave no haber conocido esta situación ya que en tal caso hubiésemos buscado otra opción. Tampoco hubo ningún gesto por parte de la inquilina para compensarlo.
