Perfect stay!

We booked x2 apartments very last minute as our other accommodation cancelled 2 days before our trip due to water damage The place was perfect; exactly as described, nice location to the beach/near metro & bus stops. Lots of towels. The shower in downstairs-right room was superb; the shower on 1st floor-left room wasn’t as good! Ishmael was really helpful; met us on arrival and gave us a good overview, with really prompt WhatsApp comms. Would 100% return!

The perfect apartment close to the beach and on a budget.

Comfortable and quiet area, very close to the beach, supermarket 15-20 min walk, quite clean and friendly host.

The shower in the bathroom is unstable, only one towel per person, I recommend a room perfume.

Great stay with kitchen and washing machine, would only stay for no more then 3 nights

The kitchen was great packed with a lot of utensils and equipment, the washing machine was great too and shower was excellent. Host was great and contactable easily

The property wasn’t exactly what it looked like very old and run down, weren’t supplied with any washing liquid or coffee or any staples at all. WiFi cut out often. TV was in Spanish and there was no guide on how to use the Spanish washing machine either.

Beds were comfortable. Washing machine is convenient. Air conditioning was a must. Shower water pressure was excellent.

Several issues I won't go into detail. Apartment needs some upkeep. I've left my feedback with the person who let us in.

Modern and close to the beach, great value for money.

Great size, modern apartment with good access to the beach and transport links. Host was friendly and helpful! Really can’t beat the value for money.

Shower was a little small and flooded the bathroom, however mop was provided to resolve the issue. Also one internal window would not lock, however a key is needed to access the building and security cameras are fitted throughout.

Good, clean, basic accommodation. Great time in Valencia.

Good communication from owner. Basic accommodation but clean with bonus of two showers. Good location within walking distance of the beach. Good transport connections to city centre.

Pillows were very thin. Bedside light in second bedroom was broken. Shower in en-suite of main bedroom has no shower tray and water easily floods out of bathroom and into bedroom. Lack of sound proofing in the apartments makes it quite noisy.

Kaal appartement dicht bij strand

Het appartment ligt op 10 minuten van het strand met trams dichtbij. Het is een ruim appartement met keuken, wasmachine (geen vaatwasser) en grote koelkast. Douchestraal is fijn. Aparte slaapkamer met deur. Het is echt een basic kamer, schoon toen we aankwamen. De host niet gezien maar wel app contact mee. Toegang via codes, geen receptie aanwezig. Appartement is wel op de 2e verdieping met smalle trap, maar rustige wijk en straat. Auto gratis op straat parkeren.

Ongezellig: alles is erg wit, inclusief de witte lampen. Een formica tafeltje en een afgeragde slaapbank. De hoofdsteun van het bed zat los en heeft ons een paar keer wakker gemaakt. Te smal bed voor 2 nederlanders. De badkamer kan je jezelf amper in bewegen. De spiegels hangen op spaanse hoogte. Als je binnenkomt ruikt het apart. Eigenaar vraagt om een 10, maar dan moet hij echt een aantal dingen sterk verbeteren, wat hij zegt te gaan doen. Het appartement ernaast wordt verbouwd, dus overdag wat bouwgeluid, niet heel hinderlijk.

Sufficiente ma da migliorare

L’appartamento era sufficientemente grande per ospitare 5 persone, carino sebbene con bagno molto piccolo. Posizione buona per la vicinanza alle fermate dell’autobus e vicinanza con il bel lungomare.

La pulizia deve sicuramente migliorare, il mobiletto del bagno poco pulito, il bagno poco fornito di elementi per poter almeno appendere asciugamani o poggiare accessori. Dotazione doccia schiuma non sufficiente per 5 persone, presenti solo gli asciugamani per la doccia e non anche altrettanti asciugamani per viso. Mancanza di numero di trapunte adatte per 5 persone , però non appena chiesto al proprietario è stata fornita quella mancante. Lo scarico del wc non funziona per nulla bene. Lo abbiamo fatto presente all’host ed ha inviato una perdona a ripararlo ma ha continuato purtroppo a non funzionare bene. Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato un rumore fortissimo durante la notte che viene dal pianerottolo e crediamo riguardi l’impianto elettrico.
