Excellently

The apartment is very conveniently located - within walking distance of the city center. It was also convenient to get to the beach - several bus stops. The building has an elevator, so going up to the 5th floor was not a problem. You can hardly hear the noise from the street. Three separate bedrooms and a hall make a group of friends' vacation very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and clean. Bed linen and towels are in good condition and snow-white. The kitchen had enough dishes and utensils for cooking and cleaning. We recommend this apartment!

The faucet in the kitchen and the shower hose in one bathroom were leaking a little, but it was not a big problem. We hope the owners will fix it.

Great location, let down by some provisions

Great central location, clean apartment, amenities and comfortable beds.

The hot water kept playing up and this had to be fixed during our stay. Also considering this was meant to be for multiple occupants, there weren't enough cooking pots and oven trans for use. The one available for oven use was not the right fit for the oven. We shouldn't have had to buy things to cook with in the oven. the oven should at the very minimum come with trays!!

The owner was very kind, quick to respond and available to welcome us. Very spacious and convenient for a group of people. The second bathroom is a big advantage. Clean and comfortable.

It would be useful to have more sheets, towels and bathroom products available just in case. Not at walking distance from the city center but close to public transport.

It was close to everything we needed. And there were no noisy neighbours

The fact that sometimes, maybe because it was cold outside and the electric radiators were plugged all the time, we had problems with the electrical panel, but we managed to solve it by ourselves.

it had some strange unpleasant smell, the cleaning was not the best, the host could provide some more info about moving around Valencia (public transport conditions, taxi apps, bike renting etc.) and etc info about the city

it was for 6 people as it had 3 bedrooms , but sofa for only 3 people, table and chairs for 3, only 3 knives and forks , no tea spoons, no tea making facilities , says air corn , but only in the lounge

A big, affordable,quiet apartment next to Mestalla Stadium

The price and, the big closets, many beds, can fit >7 people easily.

I believe that small items, like a sponge and detergent in the kitchen, sugar and coffee, etc would add value to the visitor, because they are things he misses at the time of arrival. Also, a bit decoration is needed.

The wifi was not good enough to cover the whole place. Which made it so we had to work next to each other (we both had to work, different jobs, online), which wasted the excellent size and number of rooms.

Superb

The location of the apartment is superb. The area is probably the best in Valencia. The apartment is very nice and clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. The grocery store and metro station are located in front of the building. We arrived one day later, because of the flight cancelation and the owner was very kind and meet us very late infront of the building and showed us around. The overall comunication was very good and smooth. I would definitely recommend and next time would love to stay at this apartment again.

There were missing couple of things at the kitchen.The next day we bought everything in the shop next door for a couple of euros, so this was not such a problem.

Location great, especially if you go to a soccer game. Metro close to go to the center. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating

In general the Property was comfortable and clean.

Walls are thin, noise from adjacent apartments was bad after 10pm making it very difficult for us to sleep, contacted the host on two occasions in relation to noise, he didn’t respond to either attempts to contact him. I would not recommend this property for anyone with small kids or light sleepers due to noise from other apartments and traffic.

Geräumiges Apartment in top Lage

Die Agentur hat schnell und unkompliziert auf all unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, und gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top! Direkt neben dem Stadion (mit Blick auf die Tribünen!), in max. 5 min zum Turia Park und in 1 min zur Metrostation. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gibt es sehr viele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Zimmer sind vollständig abdunkelbar.

In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Geschirr geben. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht mehr gut funktioniert und war teilweise defekt, was wir aber der Agentur gemeldet haben. Vielleicht wurde er jetzt ausgetauscht!? Leider sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten aber Glück und keine/ leise Nachbarn.

l’emplacement est idéal.

l’apparemment est vétuste et les équipements ne sont pas de première fraîcheur. Pour une location de 18 jours, aucuns changement de draps, cela fait quatre fois que je loue à Valencia, c’est la moindre des choses. A notre arrivée le sol était poussiéreux, réfrigérateur sale….. bref n’est pas digne de son prix…. et j’en passe.

Trotzdem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schönen Stadt Valencia.

Ich war überrascht nicht das lange vorher gebuchte Apartment in der 5, Etage beziehen zu können, sondern in einem Apartment in der 3. Etage untergebracht zu werden, dessen Details ganz anders aussahen, als die vorher verschickten Fotos zeigten.
