Excellent stay in a prime location. Lots of outdoor space.

Magnificent Valencia old-town stay

Apartment was with many small balconies. It was really nice to go outside on the balcony and feel the old-town already. The apartment had a really great kitchen combined with living room. The apartment was well conditioned. Location was right in the city center. We were satisfied. Marta ans Lina helped us in case any questions. The communication was really professional and helpful.

We had to find big trashbins outside the apartment by ourselves. We were not sure if these were meant for our house. However, we managed to take out our trash regulary.

A very nice flat in a great location. I would stay there again

The property was spacious and well set out. There was no lift in the building so we were glad it was on the first floor. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so ideal for sharing. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't use it. The location is excellent - just off la Plaza de la Reina - so we could walk to most places. The member of staff we dealt with (Sandra) was extremely friendly and helpful and even escorted me to a Carrefour so I could buy some milk before it closed.

Some of the kitchen cupboards don't seem to close properly and it was very noisy outside on the Friday night til quite late. (Although not at all on the other week days)

All as expected. Good location. Good value for money. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs :-) Good to travel with light luggage anyway!

bathroom accessible through one of the bedrooms, with 4 people this is not ideal heating wasn't working and there was a leakage in the bathroom. both were looked at immediately when we called but had maintenance people over 3 times

Great value for money. Good facilities - we had everything we needed. Nice apartment and not too small either.

One room had no AC. We were given a portable AC but it didn't really make a difference. But the ACs in the living room + the other bedroom were super good.

Okay stay in Valencia

The apartment was located close to restaurants and the central market. The wifi worked well and there was a washing machine. The apartment was reasonably quiet, despite there being a bar at the end of the street.

The hosts - despite being seated in an office immediately below the apartment - were not very helpful either at check in or when we required assistance. There was no dishwasher or plug to wash the dishes (and my husband was laughed at when he requested one from reception). The property was difficult to access via car with luggage. The ensuite fan was very loud making it difficult to access the bathroom - which was accessed through a bedroom - without impacting on other guests.

Unacceptable that they stole my deposit of 200€

Unfortunately, this situation ruined my appreciation

The apartment owner decided to keep our 200€ deposit for the reason of complaints for noice. This because my son spent some time with his friends on the terasse in the evening. Without any warning they decided to keep the deposit as they referred to the small letters in the contract. As a guest, i feel to be stolen from and nothing i can do about it! Be warned please not to sign such a contract! I have never experienced this in 25 years of extensive travel

Superb

Excellent location in a neighborhood near amenities and Turia park without being too busy of an area. Stores and cafés around the corner. Many excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Room was large with two balconets for air and clothes drying. Large bathroom with good shower. AC in main bedroom only but powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. Pull out bed was as comfortable as a regular bed. Couch bed functional for a child only. Good Wi-Fi and accommodating staff.

The location was the best of the property. The flat was also very modern.

There wasn't air-conditioning in the living room so in the evening it was very hot. It is unfair to pay a fee if you arrive after 8 pm (even if you ask for this with plenty of time in advance)

The location is super - just near the central market, you can easily get by foot to any place in the center. The furniture is quite new and nice. The air conditioner in the leaving room works well.

Please note that the apartment is a couple of minutes walking from check-in place (mentioned as the apartment address in the booking). And check-in after 20 is available only for extra-pay (mentioned in the booking information). In the kitchen, you will find nothing for cooking: no salt, no oil, even no tea, and no coffee. It is very noisy from the street. Only one bedroom has an air conditioner (but very old and not clean). All the sinks and showers were very clogged (you have to constantly wait for the water to go away), but the staff promised to resolve the issue.
