Great location, spacious apartment and cost effective stay - with free parking and lift.

It is a spacious and well equipped apartment with a good closet for organizing the clothes in case of a longer stay. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room, so my friend could sleep on the couch and I slept on the main bedroom, both with good privacy. There was a lift, very important for us, who were travelling with big suitcases. And also there was a free parking for us in the building aside. The location was also very convenient, with supermarket in the corner, and a very good restaurant just on the other side of the street. Little traffic and noise around because traffic is limited inside the old town.

We had to go to an office to pick up the keys. Although it was close, we had suitcases with us, and we did not have a car, so it was not very convenient. The entrance hall was very dirty (I think there was some kind of renovation going on), and it seemed like no one was on the building, since the reception seemed abandoned and not clean at all. Also the lift had protections and dirt all over. I wish this was at least informed to us before we checked in. Parking instructions could have been more clear, since they sent a lot of instructions, but not about parking. After walking 2 days I saw a parking lot sign with the name of the host in front of the building by myself, and checked about it with another neighbor parking. Specific slots were not mentioned, so I left the car in a random slot and asked the host about it, and had no answer until the other day.

Nest Silence substituted

Quiet apartment with an elevator. Walking distance to the old town and amenities. Responsive host. Clean apartment. We were grateful to have accommodation as they cancelled Nest Silence the day before our arrival due to air conditioner not working.

We received a message the day before our arrival advising us that the air conditioner was not working and we were unable to stay at Nest Silence. We were offered to stay at the “Downtown” apartment instead for the same cost. The Downtown apartment was a little further away from the old town . Based on the photos , Nest Silence would have been a nicer apartment. Downtown requires some basic maintenance and would benefit from a couple of extra things. No tea towel or plug for the sink. Coffee machine but no pods. A couple of little things that would make this little apartment more welcoming. Also the shower is tiny so if you are a larger person, you will struggle and the bed is a double bed so not great for two tall people.

Disaster!

Nothing.

The facility is in the center. But it doesn't matter. Because you are staying on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building and all the other floors are under construction.Moreover, you jump out of bed with the hammer drill sound at 8 in the morning and it lasts all day long. So it is not possible to stay at home between 8 am and 7 pm. I have audio and video recordings and I wish I could share that sound from here to give it. I made a reservation at the end of 2024 and these construction activities started in February 2025. So there were 5 months until my check-in date for the company to notify me of this. If they had reported, I would have changed my reservation. But of course they didn't do this in order not to lose money. I had to stay for 1 month because accommodation prices reached the maximum level in August. Other than that, nothing is important, but let me state it anyway. Everything in the house is old and very dirty. Wifi does not attract. Once his house was flooded. Once the air conditioner poured water into the room. Once the water heating boiler, water was drained into the room at 3 o'clock at night with a loud noise. Moreover, there is no official you can reach in such cases. In other words, we experienced and saw how a 1-month holiday turns into a nightmare. It was a house of Coroa company. I will never even pass in front of their doors again.

The location of the apartment was great and easy to find. We used the opportunity to bring our luggages before checking in and communicated the office when needed with WA. We didn’t use dishwasher or washing machine, so no comments for those. Everything went well! I can recommend👍🏻

Spacious, clean and close to attractions.

Absolutely fantastic location. Close to historic attractions, restaurants nearby with great ambience. Pablo assisted with all enquiries promptly. Room and facilities were clean. Kitchen was handy. Washing machine was helpful for summer everything dried quickly. Key was easy to use, just turn it 3 times which made it good security and safe. Very spacious. We had a great stay

The location just couldn't be better. Historic Central Market, dozens of bars and restaurants are literally at your doorstep. We didn't hear any noise though. Aircon is just in the right place - comfortable temperature but low chances to catch a cold.

The towels were of lowest quality, leaving pieces on the body. The pillows were also far from perfect (still not so bad); It's time to repaint the walls in the kitchen area (other than that, everything was perfectly clean); No wine glasses (Really? We're in Spain!:)) Be ready to struggle with the front door of the building for 2-3 minutes every time you enter

Die Unterkunft ist auf den ersten Eindruck recht sauber. Zudem ist man in wenigen Minuten Gehweg direkt im Zentrum. Die Wohnung bietet eine Mikrowelle, reichlich Geschirr und eine Waschmaschine. Check-In war auch recht flexibel.

Leider riecht die Wohnung schon beim betreten etwas schimmelig, im Schlafzimmer sieht man den Schimmel auch bereits etwas. Das W-LAN funktioniert bedauerlicherweise gar nicht. Während des gesamtes Aufenthaltes war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer, die Lüftung hat da leider nichts gebracht. Weder die Schlafcouch noch das Bett sind sonderlich bequem. Für einige Nächte ist das aber in Ordnung.

La ubicación genial.

Que el dia previo a ingresar, nos escribieron para avisarnos que habían tenido un problema con el grifo del baño y que el piso ya no estaba disponible. Nos cambiaron a otro que tenían, pero no era el que habíamos reservado. Era mas pequeño, y por lo que vi en Booking, también mas económico (y no nos reintegraron diferencia económica). Sin embargo, estaba bien salvando estos detalles y tuvimos hospedaje.

Appartement joliment décoré, très bien situé (à côté du Marché central), dans le quartier historique. La majorité des sites à visiter sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement dispose du chauffage.

Plus de rangements dans l'espace cuisine et dans la chambre seraient appréciables. Quelques produits de base tels que sel, poivre, huile auraient été bienvenus.
