Good stay in el Carmen

Location is very good, apartment is spacious and comfortable. Bedroom is in the back which is much more quiet than the street side

The bathroom (esp. shower area) needs a thorough cleaning with lejia. The staircase is uncomfortably narrow.

Perfect!!!!

Perfect location,close to the centre and good restaurants.Lovely,clean and cosy apartment.The beds are very comfortable and the a/c works really well! The host Antonella was helpful and answer our questions promptly. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Location

Very poorly equipped accommodation. A half toilet roll left for a family of 4. A bag of rubbish left hanging on the inside of the apartment door. A grotty entrance and stairwell. Not even basic provisions left. 3 coffee capsules, but no milk, no sugar...a cheap no effort accommodation absolutely not worth the money. Avoid!

Na žalost, stan nam se uopšte nije svideo. Spavaća soba nema prozor niti prirodnog svetla. Sijalica visi na žici sa plafona. Iz spavace sobe se kroz staklena vrata vidi ostava sa prljavstinom i lomom. Stan je hladan i mračan. Nismo mogli da se ugrejemo sa klima uredjajem, a drugo grejanje ne postoji. Apartman ima pločice bez i jedne staze, niti tepiha, sto dodatno utiče na hladnoću. Vrata od balkona su u retro stilu od drveta, ali svuda prolazi hladnoća, jednostavno ne mogu lepo da se zatvore. U kuhinji nema zamrzivača, čak ni mini friza u okviru frižidera. Kupili smo smrznute namirnice, ali su nam sve propale i otopile se, jer nije bilo nikakvog dela za zamrzavanje. U opisu apartmana je pisalo da je kuhinja kompletno opremljena, ali ona to nije! Tanjiri, šerpe i čaše stoje u jednom glomaznom starinskom regalu, potpuno nepraktično i nefunkcionalno. Nismo imali krpu ni ubruse da obrišemo mokre sudove. Nismo imali gde da ocedimo oprane sudove. To je sitnica, ali mnogo znaci! U kupatilu nema gde da se okače peskiri. Postoje jedne drvene stube, koje su nedovoljne da drže tri mala i tri velika peškira. Sama tus kabina ima zavesu za tuširanje koja je kratka, pa voda odlazi po kupatilu. Na samom ulazu u apartman nas je sacekao usisivac i kofa sa dzogerom! Da li im je tu mesto? Celom stanu je potrebno generalno sređivanje i ulaganje. Ima puno potencijala, ali je neiskorišćen. Stan ima malu terasu ali je ona prentrpana nepotrebnim stvarima. Sam ulaz u stan podrazumeva veoma uske i strme stepenice! I na kraju, iako je check in bio od 13:00 sati, kada smo dosli u 13:40, stan se jos uvek cistio i jos uvek nije bio spreman! Morali smo da čekamo više od pola sata u obliznjem kaficu. Mislim da vreme prijave treba da se poštuje!

El acceso es angosto y empinado. No llevaba maleta ni mucho bulto y no fue problema, pero las escaleras no son para nada amplias y con una maleta, lo veo incómodo. Demasiados trastos y muy poco espacio para entrar y salir del portal.

La posizione centralissima, check in e check out super semplice , Antonella simpaticissima e sempre a disposizione super top!

Allora delle piccole cose risolvibili,la doccia che perdeva acqua fuori, il letto con le zampe storte di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché barcollante e quindi abbiamo dormito sul divano che fortunatamente comodissimo L acqua che inesorabilmente entrava ad ogni pioggia dalla finestra del balcone e dovevamo asciugare in continuazione

Appartamento carino con una posizione eccezionale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. all'interno tutto ciò che serve come biancheria asciugamani ed elettrodomestici. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento.

Appartamento un po' da rivedere e odore intenso di muffa soprattutto nelle scale d'accesso.

Eine liebenswerte kleine Wohnung, zentral und doch abseits des Tourismus in einem netten Barrio gelegen. Bequemes Bett und ruhiger Schlafplatz, viel Raum und Bügel für die Unterbringung unserer Sachen. Gutes Bad mit Heizmöglichkeit. Der Wäscheständer war sehr nützlich. Kleiner Balkon. Küchenausstattung ok. Super war, dass es Essig und Öl gab. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Antonella, die während des großen Stromausfalls nach uns und der Wohnung gucken kam

Geschirr könnte nachgekauft werden und ein Geschirrtuch wäre praktisch. Vielleicht auch eine Teekanne. Eine kleine Lampe am Nachttisch wäre schön. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pani Antonella jest wspaniała 🩷 pomocna i miła! Apartament w super lokalizacji, bardzo wygodny, jest w nim bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Mieszkanie idealne na krótki czy dłuższy pobyt w samym sercu Malagi!

Początkowo zapach stęchlizny był uciążliwy, wystarczyło porządnie wywietrzyć apartament i było ok!
