Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt. Großzügig und mit zwei Badezimmern. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein eigener PKW Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unterm Haus.

Terrasse is absolutely perfect to have breakfasts, coffee and dinners. Tintin and his team :)
There's a lot of unnecessary junk in the apartment, as if the owner just brought in everything he felt sorry to throw away. Air conditioner in one of bedrooms didn't work

It was very difficult for me to find a correct grade for this apartment. And I gave it a 9 for layout and equipment, and a 1 for cleaning and maintenance. A spacious apartment with good speed internet, place to work remotely, air conditioning in all rooms.
It's sad that entering the apartment you have the impression that you have reached the museum, every chest, closet is history, and you make fun of him like that, The flowers on the terrace were so dry that it broke me soul when I saw them. Even if it was a system you could wet, it was off. The bathroom was full of mold, as well as in the bedroom behind the closet, and the surprise of the evening an invasion of cockroaches, which practically went up on you when you turned off the light
