Great apartment with everything you could want for a short break.

This was our first time in Valencia. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable, two bathrooms great for the four of us. Felt secure in the apartment and building. Excellent communication with the owner from booking to arrival and departure, very responsive which was helpful. Close to the old Turia river bed and science museum which was our main reason for visiting, plus near to cheap parking at the marina about 15 minutes walk away - street parking wasn’t possible during our stay due to the fallas festival. Good supermarket just around the corner too.

We were on the outskirts of the city centre, although the apartment was a good price which reflected this.

A spacious apartment close to the city of arts

The apartment is fantastic. There's ample space and it's very clean. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms (very convenient)! And there's an extra bonus - a coffee machine (thank you for that!). The location was quite good (a good supermarket very close by). The city of sciences is about 15-20 min away (on foot). There is also a Corte Ingles and a mall in the vicinity. It was extremely easy to find the place and get the key thanks to the instructions sent to us beforehand. It was very easy to get in touch with the host. At night it was quiet. We couldn't hear the neighbours. Wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, especially if you are a large group of people.

The only thing that we struggled with a bit was the hot water in the shower. We finally got the hang of it and managed to make it hot, but it might be something that is worth including in the instructions. :-) But it was such a minor thing. It did not effect our pleasure of staying in the apartment.

We had a great stay and we would recommend the apartment to others. Location was very convenient.

The location was very central for reaching the sea, the new museum for Arts & Sciences, Aquarium and the old city as there was a metro station in walking distance. The location was also very good for local supermarket, shops and cafes/restaurants. The property was very well equipped with lots of space for the 5 of us using the 4 bedrooms. The Kitchen was also very well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable and it had the benefit of an outdoor terrace to sit as well. The lift to the apartment was also helpful when carrying luggage on arrival/departure.

Nothing to mention, it was a lovely apartment.

A place to enjoy the comfort of your home at its fullest

The apartment is very comfortable and there is everything needed for a nice stay - even coffee and tea, and supplies to wash clothes etc. A really nice view from balconies and efficient, fast communication from the owner.

The only bad thing was that in the last room it was possible to hear a baby scream and neighbors talking (mostly in mornings).

Great flat with a good access to beach and to The City of Arts and Sciences

We stayed in this flat for 2 weeks during the Christmas and New Year's Eve, and everything was great. THE HOSTS, Alfredo and Soraya were great. Even before our arrival, they responded very quickly to every request that we've made in order to make our stay a perfect one. They provided a baby crib, 2 new hichairs for our babies and allso some nice baby accessories. They even prepared a welcome gift - a gift basket with champagne, wine and local specialties. Also, when our little baby got sick, they provided all the necessary information in order to get ASAP to a hospital. Guys, you are amazing! Thanks for everything! THE FLAT is recently modern renovated and even if the rooms are not so big, it offers all the comfort you need. It has wooden flooring and a heating & air conditioning system in all rooms. The flat has 2 master bedrooms, with double beds, and 2 smaller bedrooms, with 1 bunk bed that can be easily transformed in a double bed. Each bedroom has an wardrobe, a desk and an LCD TV. There are also 2 large and well equipped bathrooms. The living room has an open kitchen which is very well equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The flat has also 2 nice balconies/terraces, and even if the view is not a special one, you can enjoy sitting there to drink a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. THE LOCATION is a good one, with supermarkets, shops and bars nearby. Even if you want to get to Marina or to The City of Arts and Sciences and Turia river, it will take you about 15-20 minutes walking to get there. In conclusion, I personally highly recommend this flat to everyone and especially to families with kids.

It would have been perfect if the flat had been located closer to The City of Arts and Sciences l. But, even though, it was great because to get there it took 15 - 20 minutes walking.

Je hebt maar 1 sleutel van de beneden deur om binnen te komen dat is even wennen als je met een paar mensen bent. Oja en de nespresso apparaat konden we nergens de cupjes voor kopen Maar dit is alleen als je echt iets te zeuren wilt hebben.

Piso muy amplio y luminoso, buena ubicación

El piso es muy luminoso y espacioso, está completamente reformado y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado lo que se agradece mucho en verano.

La limpieza general del piso está bien, estaba todo limpio y ordenado, sin embargo, debajo del sofá había una lata y una servilleta usada y dentro de un armario había un envoltorio de Huesitos, lo que quiere decir que no revisaron esas zonas entre una estancia y otra.

A fost un sejur foarte reusit!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Apartamentul este foarte mare si dotat cu tot ce ai avea nevoie chiar pentru un sejur mai indelungat. Este foarte aproape de mijloacele in comun care ajung atat in centru cat si la alte atractii: Bioparc, Oceanographic, plaja. Este aproape si de doua statii de metrou (10 min) care au legatura directa cu aeroportul. Zona este extrem de linistita si in apropiere se gasesc restaurante si supermarket-uri.

Bien situado pero no apto para alérgicos a los animales y sensibles a los olores

El espacio del apartamento, que es muy grande y muy luminoso. Está relativamente cerca del Museo de las Ciencias y el Oceanográfico andando a unos 20 min. El apartamento tenía menaje suficiente y contaba con cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar, sal y algo de aceite. Tuvieron el detalle de dejar pañales y una trona para bebés. Nos cruzamos al salir con la encargada de la limpieza y fue encantadora.

Nada más entrar en el apartamento había un olor horroroso que no se iba de ninguna de las maneras. Supongo que es porque se permitía la estancia de animales ya que había "menaje" para ellos (colchón y bebedero) y nos dio un ataque de alergia a los que tenemos sensibilidad a este tipo de animales. Las fundas de los edredones nórdicos no estaban limpias y tenían un olor terrible y, la verdad, parecía que hacía bastante que no se lavaban. Eso sí, las sábanas estaban limpias. Pedimos cuna de viaje y, efectivamente, allí estaba, pero no había sábanas para ella ni toalla para la pequeña. En cuanto a las toallas para el resto, sólo nos dejaron una de baño por cabeza y una de lavabo para cada baño (2).

Przestronny apartament z dwiema łazienkami, pokoje dwuosobowe plus duża kuchnia i salon były udogodnieniem dla naszej grupy. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wnętrze czyste, bezpieczna okolica. Blisko metro i autobusy.
