Great apartment, unfortunately it can get pretty noisy

superb location, nice apartment, very clean and fully-equipped. Owners are extremely kind and helpful

unfortunately right in front of the first floor apartment, there is a back door/kitchen of a Chinese restaurant and being that an alley the noise is extremely loud, especially when they clean-up for closure. The window frames have virtually no soundproofing, so it feels like they’re right inside the room

Perfect location, nice, easy apartment!

The location is perfect, and the apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well, and the hosts were really lovely and helpful.

The shower was cheaply built, so when in the wall holder it was too high and sprayed water over the shower, so you have to use it handheld. However, this is a minor inconvenience.

Loved the location as everything was a short walk away. The terrace was great.

The unit looked tired. Needs to be renovated and updated. The patio doors didn't lock so we had to lower the metal screen every time we went out just to be sure

The staff, the location (near the supermarket, turia gardens, casco viejo), the apartment has everything that we need to travel with children.

Bad smell in the hall; it was too noisy in the street near the bedroom (at the 1st floor).. parties and workings in the apartment in front (the worked at late in the night).

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Valencia.

This apartment was beautiful and in the heart of Valencia. You walk out of the building and onto the street where you are surrounded by beautiful buildings and no shortage of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's centrally located and so easy to walk around the city. Located on the 3rd floor, with an elevator, the apartment had a nice sized bedroom with plenty of closet space, a good sized bathroom, and a very large kitchen/dining/living room area. It also had a washing machine. The bedroom had a view of the street below and the living room had a view of other buildings (not too scenic, but great natural light). The hosts were very friendly and we used a code to get in. Parking is not too close, about a 7 minute walk, but the hosts had a deal were you got a $5 discount for overnight parking. We paid 20 euro a night to park.

Good location and friendly staff!

The location is very good for the price, close to main touristic points, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The facilities were good. Great staff.

We stayed at first floor and it was a lot of noise and smells from the restaurant in front of the building, couldn’t open the windows because of that and inside were a high humidity. I would recommend to the staff to not turn on the diffuser with perfume because some people may have allergy (I couldn’t sleep first night because of the smell and humidity in the room).

Lovely central location with comfortable and clean facilities.

Excellent location with proximity to main attractions and restaurants and small supermarket. As a solo traveller it felt safe and being in my sixties I appreciated the lift upon arrival with a large suitcase. After this, the 6 flights of stairs were easily managed. The instructions and communication was good and helpful. I was asked for a 200 Euro deposit 2 days prior to arrival and, as this had not been mentioned upfront it spooked me a little as whilst the link to paying it worked the ‘check in’ link embedded in an email did not. It was not a link at all. Simply the sentence ‘press here to check in’ I That and the fact the bathroom was clean and serviceable but needed a refurbishment were the only niggles. Will be happier once my deposit is paid back as it was not a costing I had factored in and 200 seemed steep. Hotels take card details but not your money for ‘insurance’. I would certainly go back as it

Great location, Value for money.

Location is very convenient, it is heart of the center, easy to get metro, bus, taxi and most museum within walking distance. Supper market just two minutes away. Room is good size for a family.

The bathroom shower head is too high and not adjustable. Upstairs was too hot even the air-condition is on. The door is not fully closed properly, it make noise when people passing by.

Very Clean and modern apartment with a nice shower. Map with points of interests had been communicated by the host.

The wifi signal was poor inside the apartment and I had disconnections or issues with my calls when I was working from the kitchen table. In the bathroom, the tap was really close to the sink so it wasn't very convenient when you wanted to wash your hands. The noise every morning from the building right behind the bathroom, which was having a renovation. (But of course that will be only for a few more days.)

Nice studio in the middle of Valencia

I stayed 10 days on the second floor in studio nr 3. Everything i needed was available and clean. Located in a quiet street close to all the attractions of Valencia by foot, bus or Metro. A lot of restaurants nearby. The A/C in the studio was very welcome to get a good night sleep.

Everything was seamless. Communication with the property staff was good: their responsiveness, and attentiveness was remarkable. The area is great: located in the center but without noise or the building being dirty. The flat is alright: simple, but great value for money: clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen as we did everything outside.

The location is quite close to the old town.

The neighbour had the party on Saturday night. You won't be able to sleep at all because the ceiling will be full of dancing sounds with extremely loud music. It's very very difficult to find the service help during the stay. And you need to use google translation to input Spanish or otherwise they will reply very late. Basically I won't recommend to stay in this flat. The lane in front of the flat is also very dirty, people poo there directly. It was an awful stay I have to say. Not even mention about the bad bed as well....

I strongly recommend

Very spacious apartment. It has a lovely inner terrace (courtyard). Well furnished. Superb location, close to everything you need. We really liked that there were signs with all the necessary information for tourists. The building feels secure and collecting the keys was easy according to the instructions from the host. The hosts were very kind and we were in constant contact with them
