Great location, near bars and not far from the old town. The room had everything we needed and was tastlefully decorated. The bed didn’t look big but was deceptive and perfectly fine. The lift up to our floor was a bonus especially with suitcases.
The taxi didn’t know where the location was as it is down a side street. The entrance to the block had an unpleasant smell. There was a lot of external noise and building work close by which woke us up several days.

Good Communication with hosts prior to arrival. Clear instructions regrading how to collect keys. Location very central to Valencia Old Town, with lots of eating and dining options within walking distance. Apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of storage space and large kitchen/living area. Small but functioning elevator to 3rd floor apartment was very welcome. Good info on things to do in Valencia provided by hosts. Metro station a short walk away from the apartment, with a direct link to Valencia Airport in one direction and golden sandy beaches in the other.
Wifi was intermittent and connection kept dropping out. No oven in kitchen and very small microwave - an Air Fryer in lieu of oven would have been handy to heat up anything larger than a small bowl of something.
During our stay there was building work going on on the building next door to the apartment. This meant building noise from 8am each workday, although it is assumed to be temporarily and will one day complete!

superb location, nice apartment, very clean and fully-equipped. Owners are extremely kind and helpful
unfortunately right in front of the first floor apartment, there is a back door/kitchen of a Chinese restaurant and being that an alley the noise is extremely loud, especially when they clean-up for closure. The window frames have virtually no soundproofing, so it feels like they’re right inside the room
