Didn't like value for money

Fast booking processing (we booked really late) and communication was great. Our previous reservation got cancelled so we had to book last minute in the evening.

There is no hallway area, as soon as you open the door from the street -- there is kitchen table. It's also kind of needs some refreshement and it's rather small. I didn't like value for money.

disappointing cleaning

*is pet friendly * beds are good * near city center (by car)

* when we arrived late at night and after many hours of driving, it turned out that the apartment was not clean. it was as the previous guests left it (dirty as hell!) It was very disappointing. the owner responded very quickly and offered to clean it or return the money. but at that time of night there were no other options available for us to rent so we had to wait almost 2 hours in the car outside the apartment for cleaning to be done, when this kind of thing has to be verified by the owner before the guest arrives!! * every time you turn on the water in the shower or sink there is a very annoying noise that sounds like the police siren. * the curtains are very thin and it is a ground floor. so at night, when you turn on the light, everyone who walks outside can see inside. * all bedrooms have a window to the street. so for light sleepers, street noise might be an issue. * the windows of 2 of the bedrooms don’t close correctly (from the inside) so they can be opened from outside. if you have a little pet this can be a motive of concern. *parking can be complicated , but it seems a problem of the city in general

The host gave us all the information we needed before our arrival. Tha place was clean, the beds very confortable, the host just great... we were very satisfield with the accomodation.

Great especially as it was the main Falla week.

We liked staying in a residential area. Getting from it into the city centre was easy. There were good food shops very close.

There were only 4 dining chairs. There were no mugs or large cups.

Pésimo alojamiento. Nada recomendable.

Por decir algo “bueno”, la ubicación.

Pésimo alojamiento: ventanas sin cierre (rotas), sillas rotas en la que uno de los huéspedes se cayó. Engaño de lavadora. No era secadora como nos había dicho la propietaria. Fuimos 6 personas y no había ni donde colgar la ropa al sacarla de la lavadora, más bien colgador de paños. Le pedimos una noche extra antes de llegar a Valencia porque la necesitábamos y nos dijo que sí pero no nos decía precio. Al final nos cobró más caro de lo que salían los días sueltos. No había mando de la TV a parte que no tiene antena. Solo puedes verla a través de las APPS MiTele y ATresPlayer. Como queríamos ver algo en la tele utilizamos una APP para el móvil que nos hiciera de mando y le comenté que era muy complicado. Al segundo día se suponía que nos dejaban un mando para la TV y lo único que hizo fue recoger el dinero. Finalmente al reclamarle dice que como con el móvil nos apañábamos había pedido el mando por Amazon. Al ver nuestra disconformidad, POR CASUALIDAD, consiguió un mando. ¡El trato fatal! Sucio, muy sucio: debajo de las camas, encima de los armarios y todo en general. ¡Una toalla por persona para 5 días! Resulta muy caro para 6 personas y el estado en el que está. ¡No es nada recomendable! El bajante del lavamanos roto, hormigas del tamaño de un gato, etc. No está condicionado como apartamento, carece muchísimo de todo.

Tre camere grandi e vicino alla metro.

La testiera del letto in tessuto, tavoletta del water non fissata e freddo all’interno. Ho scritto un messaggio all’host tramite l’app ma non ho avuto risposta.

Muy bien

Me gusto la ubicación, limpieza y cercanía a los lugares. La anfitriona nos dejo un dulce de bienvenida lo cual fue un bonito detalle. Anteriormente también nos envío posibles lugares a los cuales ir.

A percepción personal, me parecieron un poco húmedas las habitaciones y con un poquito de polvo. la verdad no es nada grave.
