Whole building is a little smelly due to underground piping probably. Also the large windows are poorly adjusted and late night street noise can be a little to much.

Worst experience ever!!! Worst customer service and fraudulent charges!

Used false pictures in the listing, they have many apartments in the building, we chose this one that showed a patio. There wasn’t a patio!

Customer service was extremely rude and condescending. It was like talking to a narcissistic ex They also charged for leaving the key inside by mistake, BUT they charged more than what was published. They kept our eur 200!!!! Deposit. Instead of using a smart lock that cost that, they prefer to charge each tourist the whole deposit

The toilet paper should be distributed between the two rooms. A friend bought extra because she didn't realize there was some in the other bathroom.

Amazing!

The location is fantastic. You are literally in the centre of Valencia. The Old town is only a few minutes up the road and the bus to the beach is only around the corner outside El Corte Ingles. The air conditioning is AMAZING too if you happen to visit when it's extremely hot. Loved the outdoor terrace too to sit out in the mornings or evenings. The apartment suited our family of 4 perfectly for our week long trip.

Would love if there were blankets added if needed as if the temperature dropped in the middle of the night, you were a bit cold with the sheet and the air conditioning. But that's not a complaint, just a suggestion. Sometimes there is a bit of noise on the below level when people are coming back from a night out but my kids slept through it so it wasn't that bad.

Great location and communication

It was very easy to enter and check out. There was wonderful communication before, during, and after with the host company. They made sure that everything was perfect! Location was excellent, and the beds (including sofa pull out) were comfortable.

Outdated, smelly, and barely usable — one night is enough.

Location

Unfortunately, the apartment was very outdated and poorly equipped. There was a strong, artificial smell coming from a plug-in air freshener, which was quite unpleasant. The kitchen had very few utensils and appliances – it was almost impossible to cook anything. I would not recommend staying here for more than one night.

Ideally situated for exploring valencia. Quiet area but only a short walk to busy parts .couple of cafe basically on the doorstep for breakfast .the apartment was roomy and had everything needed .very comfy bed .a lovely little area outside which was really private and a welcoming place out of the heat of the sun.glad for the lift.easy access and instructions to get in and out

The building needs work on the communal area .there's a weird old damp smell to the building but didn't affect our room. Shower was great but base needs attention. Quite tatty to stand on

Our Go To place for stays in Valencia.

This is now our second year staying in this apartment which should show how much we like it. The place is clean and central and has all the necessary equipment needed for an enjoyable stay (including air conditioning). The hosts were always just a quick message away. When we had some minor issue with the safe, they looked after us in no time at all. What we love most is its location: It's just a short walk from the Cathedral. Right around the corner was our favourite bar (Bacaro) and a few steps further our favourite restaurant (Tagomago). Coming from the airport, it just takes a single metro ride to get there and the tram for the beach is right outside as are cafes for breakfast and a big El Corte Ingles shop/super market.

On some of the weekend nights some of the other apartments were a bit noisier but never later than midnight so can't say that it bothered us too much.

Ok to stay, not ok to sleep.

The location was convenient. Could easily walk to metro station with direct airport connection, close to the city center, close to train station and bus to beach nearby. The equipment of the flat was OK for a couple of days.

Stayed for four nights, got no sleep. You could hear noise from all around the house. In the beginning it was the neighbors having a party. We reported that to The agency and obviously the neighbors were more silent next night. Only then we realized that it is not that much fault of the guests, but of the house. You could hear people normally speaking next door, the ventilation systems gives you noise from other floors as well as kitchen smells.

Our stay was fantastic, the staff were lovely and helpful and the apartment was nice and clean.

The location was perfect. Close to the city center but at the same time in a quiet area. Amazing for visiting the centre of Valencia. Supermarket close to the apartments. A lot of restaurants around. Location was very accessible to the nearby places to visit especially for first timers.. The staff was very friendly and all the responses were fast. The facilities for the kitchen were also good, there were a lot of utensils, pots and pans.

great location, had an elevator in the bldg, and all the basics you need. Used whatsapp to communicate and they responded quickly.

The basics are basic. small towels, basic IKEA furniture (but not complaining for the low price). Please tell people what kind if coffee maker and would suggest putting some sugar/creme for at least the first day.

The location was great, very central and also close to the public transport options. The apartment was clean.

It is very stupid in my opinion that there was no heating in the bedroom but only in the living room. How are you supposed to sleep in the room with less than 10 degrees outside and no heating. A single heater in the living room just doesnt make any sense. Overall the apartment felt very old. Especially the bathroom looked from a 90s apartment. The toilet was very packed and you cant even sit properly in the toilet - its small. Plus you can hear so much noise from the other apartments. The fridge didnt work very well.
