Good space between the room, well appointed and with good facilities
The stairs would be a bit tricky with a small child but we’re perfectly fine for us

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 3 days staying at this apartment. The maisonette was brand new and very clean. All of the utilities were brand new with comfortable beds and walk in shower.
The location was absolutely amazing. Everything was within a very small walking distance.
Carmen was very helpful. She met us on arrival and explained all the facilities on offer. Plus a nice bottle of water and wine was waiting for us at no extra cost.
We had one small issue with the door, and this was fixed within 30 minutes.
The balcony and third bedroom was a bonus, as this is something we were not expecting.
If we were to visit Valencia again, this would be the place to stay.

The apartment is spacious and very well located
The water in the shower was lukewarm/cold, there was absolutely not even salt in the kitchen
