Amazing location

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 3 days staying at this apartment. The maisonette was brand new and very clean. All of the utilities were brand new with comfortable beds and walk in shower. The location was absolutely amazing. Everything was within a very small walking distance. Carmen was very helpful. She met us on arrival and explained all the facilities on offer. Plus a nice bottle of water and wine was waiting for us at no extra cost. We had one small issue with the door, and this was fixed within 30 minutes. The balcony and third bedroom was a bonus, as this is something we were not expecting. If we were to visit Valencia again, this would be the place to stay. Amazing and thank you again to our host Carmen.

The location. Cooking equipment. Liquid soap in the bathrooms. Towels.

Living room and bedrooms are on different levels connected with a narrow spiral staircase. Moving between floor makes you crazy. Very thin walls, floors, ceilings.the apt has a common inner airshaft with other apartments. All sounds, cigarette smells and cooking odors travel up the shaft and enter thru little windows into your apt. I spent two nights at the property The first night there was a party from about 11 PM to about 3 AM at night. Loud music, dancing, screaming.. impossible to sleep. Did not get a centavo offered as apology. Only we are sorry. I spent over 200€ for 2 nights.

It was only for one night, pleasant and in a very nice building and area.

The location was great, in the historic center, close to cafes and restaurants.

One shower had only cold water and the other shower in the second bathroom had only hot water. Also, we could not find any bed sheets in the apartment

Amazing apartment in the centre of Valencia. Modern, clean and comfy. Location very quiet with carrefour, shops, cafe's, tourist sights and plazas all nearby.

A very good property, for a reasonable price.

Very good positioning to the city centre, the apartment was clean and the owner gave us plenty of suggestions, directions and was very helpful overall.

The building is a bit noisy due to the architecture (plenty of wood that squeecs), but nohing that extreme.

Great location, apartment could use a bit of work.

The location was great...but that is about it. Check-in was easy as there was no one there and a key box and an entry code was all that you needed.

The entire place smelled like bleach...the amount of bleach one would need to mask the smell of a rotting animal. There was absolutely no water pressure, you could barely take a shower; the tub was so dirty, I would not have laid in it for a bath. The ceiling in my bedroom leaked water. I woke up one morning to the leaking water dropping right into a pair of my shoes. I laid down towels during my entire stay to prevent slipping on the floor. There were random hairs all throughout the bedding and the bathroom. The couches has stains on them that appeared to have been there for a very long time. The walls were also very thin as you could hear everything the neighbors were doing regardless of the time of day/night. It is quite clear that the owner has a great property, and with some paint and a few bucks in upgrades, this would easily be an 7 or 8. Unfortunately, this is a 3 and only because of the location.

Fantastic quiet apparment in the perfect location.

The location was perfect and so quiet. Even in the middle of the Las Fallas festival we didn't hear a thing. It was only 5 minutes walk away from the food market. And all the lovely old town with bars and restaurants. The place was imacculate and they even let us drop our bags early

The pillows were too hard for me Some of the electrics need a little work in the top floor of the apparment It could do with some more side lights to have a bit more ambient lighting. So nothing major at all

Great location and apartment

- Great communiciation, easy check-in with the codes - Spacious apartment, clean rooms - Great location, in the middle of the centre

- We traveled by car, which was a pain to arrive to this destination. It's not allowed to drive in this area if you are not a resident. We did drive over to drop the suitcases, and hope we won't receive a fine for that.. This was however communicated by the host, so this is not their fault, but take it into account if you travel by car with lots of luggage.

A good option if you want to explore Valencia for a few days.

Easy check-in and check-out. The host was very helpful and friendy and solved a problem in no time. The location is perfect as the falt is located right around the corner of the central market and the old town.

The flat is basic and a little dark, since it is located in a small alley. But this is what you get if you choose to stay in the old town.

There was no dishwasher which we told there was no tea towels only one bathroom we we told two bathrooms microwave you had to move 4ft to plug in the stairs were dangerous ,kitchen sink didn’t hold water and no washing up bowl to compensate,only one double bed and there should have been two.the single bedroom door was really hard to shut there was a no smoking policy which we liked but there was a ashtray in the apartment and if I hadn’t seen the cleaning lady we would have been kept over one hour for them to phone us back to be let in when we first arrived I also asked by about parking and never got a reply

Top location!

Excellent location. Right in the centre of Valencia. The mercado central was very close by. Plaza de la reina was a 4 min walk away. Locality full of restaurants and bars. Closest metro stop was 15min walk away. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Check in process was super fast.

The apartment had only one toilet. We were 4 of us, and that made things a little difficult. The bathroom didn't even have a lock. Also, we got a different apartment than the one advertised. The pics show a spiral staircase, and a bedroom upstairs. I didn't see no staircase in the apartment.

Great location but very limited apartment!

the location was great the communication very good

from the photos I thought our apartment was only going to have one spiral staircase up to one bedroom with the other bedrooms off a large living room/kitchen all on one level, this was not the case. The apartment we were allocated had one very small living kitchen area , then quite steep and unsteady spiral staircases up to the one bathroom and 2 small bedrooms , with another spiral staircase to a further mezzanine bedroom. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone too old and getting luggage up, it was quite uncomfortable 🥴

Great place with few downsides

The location was definitely the best quality of the apartment, right in the middle of the historical centre it had easy access to the majority of the landmarks in the city. The apartment has also a great ventilation system that kept the place cool during those hot summer days. Also the beds and pillows were pretty comfortable.

Unfortunately the elevator didn't work for the first few days which was especially inconvenient due to the fact that we were staying on the 3rd floor. Also on the second night we found 2 pretty big cockroaches in the kitchen plus another one in the entrance of the building.

Lovely stay for a short stay getaway

The property was very spacious for a group of 5 and had all the facilities necessary. Also the location was perfect for exploring Valencia.

In one of the showers you couldn’t change the temperature of water. But wasn’t a major problem.
