Era cómoda, cumplía con lo necesario pista pasar una buena estadía
Si bien estaba muy bien ubicada, la zona es muy ruidosa. Se escuchaba muchos gritos por la noche y costaba un poco dormir. El agua de lía ducha solo danos caliente para una persona y habia que esperar para que se pueda bañar el otro. Es resto todo bien

Светлая квартирка, все необходимое из техники есть. Иногда старенькое, но рабочее.
Приятный ароматизатор в ванной, очень чисто. Белоснежное постельное белье.
Самый центр. Нет, не так: САМЫЙ центр. 1 минута до главного рынка.
Одна квартира на этаж.
Крайне неудобная процедура заселения. Сперва с вещами пришлось идти в офис, искать его по переулкам, а потом с вещами идти в сами апартаменты. Вроде не далеко, но по брусчатке, с дороги, с сумками... Почему нельзя организовать заселение на месте, непонятно.
В квартире никакой звукоизоляции от улицы. Если прохожие громко говорят, то ощущение, что они сидят в комнате у вас на кровати.
Сломана кнопка слива на бочке унитаза.
Не работают декоративные лампочки-подсветки.
Выход на террасу закрыт и ключа никто не предоставил (отдельно мы, правда, не просили)

Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for about 2 weeks. Location is really great, 2-minute walk from the central market and Loja de la Seda with so so many coffees/bakeries around.
We worked from there, from the kitchen/living room - loved having access to the cute balcony and also the rooftop (which is shared with the rest of the building but during our staying we didn’t really see anybody else) with an amazing view and possibility to sunbathe.
Very responsive and available customer service!
Tendentially the area is noisy, but we were aware of that, and outside of Fallas (we had 4 nights of Fallas madness - and yes, sleeping was hard) the noise is manageable with a good pair of earplugs and some patience.
Only two negative points I would mention here:
- Wi-fi: when it worked, it was incredibly fast, but at times it would randomly stop working during the day so we had to buy a €15 Sim Prepago to use for emergencies (since we were supposed to join important working calls during the week). The first couple of day the WiFi was not working at all but the support service looked into that almost immediately.
- Hot water: when you shower, hot water works only for the first couple of minutes and then it becomes lukewarm to cold.
Overall we were however very pleased with the experience!
