Great price/quality, amazing location, very new apartment

Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for about 2 weeks. Location is really great, 2-minute walk from the central market and Loja de la Seda with so so many coffees/bakeries around. We worked from there, from the kitchen/living room - loved having access to the cute balcony and also the rooftop (which is shared with the rest of the building but during our staying we didn’t really see anybody else) with an amazing view and possibility to sunbathe. Very responsive and available customer service! Tendentially the area is noisy, but we were aware of that, and outside of Fallas (we had 4 nights of Fallas madness - and yes, sleeping was hard) the noise is manageable with a good pair of earplugs and some patience. Only two negative points I would mention here: - Wi-fi: when it worked, it was incredibly fast, but at times it would randomly stop working during the day so we had to buy a €15 Sim Prepago to use for emergencies (since we were supposed to join important working calls during the week). The first couple of day the WiFi was not working at all but the support service looked into that almost immediately. - Hot water: when you shower, hot water works only for the first couple of minutes and then it becomes lukewarm to cold. Overall we were however very pleased with the experience!

If you are not young and looking for a night out, try somewhere else.

Close to the main Valencia's market.

Even if at the beginning it seems like a great location because it is located in the immediate vicinity of the market, in the evening it turns into a nightmare that lasts until five in the morning when drunken youths stop looking for food after a night out. There are at least two fast foods under the apartment nearby, which are open 24/7. It's impossible to fall asleep. Desperate Stove that makes coffee from a caffetiera in 20 minutes. No internet, hello?

Great studio in the center of Valencia

Perfect studio in the middle of Valencia, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I had everything I needed when it comes to kitchen and cleaning equipment. A plus for the apartment having a big fridge, an oven and washing machine. Helpful staff when I asked for new bed linen. Great place for both short and long stay.

If you’re sensitive to noice this might not be the place for you. After all it’s in the middle of the city and with that you get city sounds more or less 24/7. Nothing that bothered me after a while.

La rue était néanmoins très bruyante la nuit et logement mal insonorisé. Avec des travaux de marteau piqueur le matin, difficile de récupérer, il faut penser à prendre des bouchons!

Mi hanno contattato su wattzapp, con altro nome, foto diverse, molti numeri di telefono, volevano i miei dati personali e quelli della carta di credito. A titolo di deposito cauzionale. Completamente scorretti. Dopo la mia reticenza non mi hanno dato indicazioni di come accedere alla struttura. Ho chiamato tutti i numeri possibili. Ho comunicato che sarei arrivata in ritardo non per colpa mia.Alle 3 di notte in strada con mio marito. 1 ora fuori dal portone a aspettare .
