La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, è centrale e permette di raggiungere i principali monumenti in poco tempo e a piedi. C'è solo un po' di confusione la sera nei giorni festivi in quanto sotto c'è una piazza abbastanza frequentata. La struttura ci ha indicato in maniera chiara dove andare a ritirare le chiavi e si è dimostrata disponibile quando li abbiamo chiamati per un problema che abbiamo avuto (non si apriva la porta con le chiavi che ci hanno fornito). La cucina è funzionante e ha il necessario per poter cucinare. Il letto è comodo. Il bagno è un pò piccolo, però la doccia è comoda e funzionante.
Il lavandino del bagno è un pò troppo piccolo. Per il riscaldamento ci sono due termosifoni portatili che devono essere accesi e scaldano la stanza dove vengono messi, il resto dell'appartamento rimane un pò freddo.
