Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood

Nice location and clean apartment. Cute small balconies with large opening windows. The owner was super fast in responding with our questions and messages.

The bedrooms are quite noisy (from the street & from the partying neighbors). Also the locks are electronic and they opened by themselves one night. It would have been nice to have an additional manual lock for safety.

Exceptional location .

Location, door opening/closing system, terrace, air-conditioner, washing machine, elevator, owner's kindness - she left snacks, chocolate and beer in the fridge and once she asked if we'd needed anything 🥰

Very small bathroom, not too comfortable beds and there was a sharp edge on the bed in the 'bedroom', there was no separated bedroom and there wasn't there a vacuum cleaner only a broom. We couldn't find any sheets/bed sheets.

Perfect stay!

This accommodation was perfect! Location was excellent, a short walk away from the hustle and bustle but still in a street that remained quiet day and night. Our host, Julia, was extremely nice and helpful. She gave us the check in information the day before and and the access codes on the day. She even allowed us to drop our luggage off earlier than check in whilst it was being cleaned. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and modern with great facilities. Although the bed is technically a sofa bed, it was still very comfortable. There was a small issue where the power went out to the apartment which was outwith anyone's control. I contacted Julia who had it seen to and sorted incredibly quickly. I was very impressed with both her and the maintenance man Pedro. Overall, an amazing accommodation where I will definitely book again when returning to Valencia. Thank you for being an amazing host Julia!

Centrally located apartment. Reasonably good value but a bit cramped and some basics are missing.

Central location. The living area was spacious and comfortable.

The shower room was tiny. As was the shower itself. The shower doors didn't close properly which meant the floor got wet. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. No dishwasher. There was only a basic plastic clothes rail (which at one point fell to pieces). The chest of drawers in the bedroom was tiny so we lived out of our suit cases. There was no door to the bedroom so I would say this apartment would not be suitable for two couples as there is no privacy.

Sehr schönes, neuwertiges Appartment. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung entspricht völlig den Bildern. Sehr sauber, bequeme, eher harte Betten. Größter Pluspunkt: Ruhig, in einer Seitengasse gelegen aber doch sehr zentral, Geschäfte und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist man in 5 Minuten. Netter unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Vermieterin für den Tür-Code.

Da in einer sehr engen Seitengasse gelegen ist der Ausblick vom Appartment im 2. Stock, das wir hatten, lediglich auf das gegenüberliegende Haus.

Heerlijke en mooie stad!

De locatie van het appartement: in het oude stadscentrum waardoor bijna alles op loopafstand ligt. Licht, nog bijna nieuw, appartement.

De badkamer is echt te veel te klein: Douche is zo klein dat je er bijna niet in kan bewegen; Wastafeltje (door spiegelkast er boven; heel onhandig) bijna niet te gebruiken.

Insgesamt eine super Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können dieses Apartment wirklich empfehlen! Die Lage ist top, zentral und dennoch ruhig, da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Es sieht alles genau wie auf den Bildern aus! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Wir sind schon relativ früh in Valencia angekommen, und es wurde alles getan, damit wir so früh wie möglich einchecken konnten. Wir durften sogar schon unsere Koffer ins Apartment bringen, während noch geputzt wurde, sodass wir die Zeit nutzen konnten, um die Stadt zu erkunden – das war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Als Willkommensgruß stand sogar ein kleiner Korb mit Süßigkeiten bereit, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Ab und zu hat man die Nachbarn gehört, was für mich aber kein Problem war und den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt hat.

Komfortowy apartament z tarasem blisko centrum

Perfekcja w najdrobniejszych szczegółach: salon, kuchnia, łazienka, wysoki standard mebli i wykończenia, taras nad dachami super (śniadanie czy kolacja z winem na powietrzu). Czysto. Podstawowy zestaw kosmetyków (szampon, żel), kawy (ekspres kapsułkowy), herbaty, powitalne piwo i woda w lodówce. Lokalizacja: mała, cicha uliczka 5-10 min spacerem do Katedry lub Mercado Central.

Jeden, ale poważny zarzut, większą część czasu bardzo duży smród z kanalizacji w łazience. W naszym apartamencie (na poddaszu) nie powinno być trudne zrobienie wywietrznika na zewnątrz. Nie wiem, czy problem dotyczy wszystkich apartamentów i czy jest zależny od pogody czy innych czynników. Dało się zamknąć szczelnie łazienkę i wietrzyć cały czas, było lepiej, ale wtedy do łazienki wejść już było naprawdę trudno...
