The owner came to greet us, give us the keys and show around the apartment. The apartment has everything one may need for a visit. He even left refreshments, a bottle of wine, fruits and bakeries for us. We got the useful info on things to see/do in Valencia and the owner took time to explain everything and give us the best suggestions. The apartment is immaculate and the location is fairly central, around 10 minutes walk from the old town (city center). What we appreciated the most is how the owner treats the guests. There was the personal touch; unlike retrieving the key from the safe box with the code, he showed up when we arrived and before we left. He made sure we have everything we need. He is the example of how this type of work should be done. We'll be back the next time we visit Valencia. Muchas gracias! :)

Notre hôte, Juan, est venu nous accueillir en personne pour nous remettre les clés, nous faire visiter l’appartement et nous expliquer le règlement du logement. Juan est souriant, agréable et serviable. Les échanges avec lui ont été faciles. C’était très appréciable !
L’appartement est identique aux photos de l’annonce. Il est entièrement équipé aussi bien au niveau électroménager (cuisine, lave-linge...) qu’au niveau services (draps, serviettes, gel douche, papier toilette...). Nous avons même eu des cadeaux de bienvenus de la part de Juan : corbeille de fruits, boissons, nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui nous a agréablement surpris !
L’appartement est à 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre ville mais il y a également des transports en commun non loin.
Enfin, des places de parking gratuites se trouvent à proximité : parking à quelques minutes à pieds, rues gratuites autour d’un parc voisin. Nous étions en voiture et avons trouvé de la place gratuite chaque soir, ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans le budget vacances !
