A pleasant stay in a very clean place near the center of Valencia

The owner came to greet us, give us the keys and show around the apartment. The apartment has everything one may need for a visit. He even left refreshments, a bottle of wine, fruits and bakeries for us. We got the useful info on things to see/do in Valencia and the owner took time to explain everything and give us the best suggestions. The apartment is immaculate and the location is fairly central, around 10 minutes walk from the old town (city center). What we appreciated the most is how the owner treats the guests. There was the personal touch; unlike retrieving the key from the safe box with the code, he showed up when we arrived and before we left. He made sure we have everything we need. He is the example of how this type of work should be done. We'll be back the next time we visit Valencia. Muchas gracias! :)

Perfect, 100% recommended

Juan and Javier were amazing at welcoming us and making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were a black family of 7, and not once they made us feel like we were going to be a problem. The apartment was in my opinion, in the perfect location, public transport + taxi/uber available. We had everything we needed in the house, which was very organised and clean. We texted Juan few times, he always responded fast and ready to help. 100% recommended!!

A great stay, would go there again.

The host met us at 2.00 in the morning, and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and spacious for the five of us, and the host made sure everything was good, even changing the kettle after the first day. The apartment is in a relatively quite block and ideal for getting to the city.

One more bathroom would have been good.

The host was absolutely amazing! Great hospitality! Apartment is very clean. Well equipped. Everything you may need during the stay is there including some toys for kids and board games! We were a group of 7 people including 3 kids and it was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the appliances. AC in every single room. Strongly recommended. We will be back!

It is a very good apartment in a great place in the city.

The apartment is big, it has huge open spaces and comfortable rooms. The kitchen has everything that is necessary for spending great time, cooking and cleaning up. The bathroom has a comfortable, huge shower. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of supermarkets and shops even in the street. The public transport is very easy from the apartment. The old town is near even by foot. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of information from her about the city and the main tourist attractions. We would happily return to Valencia and book the accommodation again.

Exceptional

This apartment was in the old part of Valencia typical Spanish apartment with modern features. Greeted by a lovely lady who gave us the keys and showed us all the facilities there. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely go there again when we next visit.

The only thing would be not fault of the property is the entrance needs modernising but for me I liked the fact it was the old Valencia style.

Notre hôte, Juan, est venu nous accueillir en personne pour nous remettre les clés, nous faire visiter l’appartement et nous expliquer le règlement du logement. Juan est souriant, agréable et serviable. Les échanges avec lui ont été faciles. C’était très appréciable ! L’appartement est identique aux photos de l’annonce. Il est entièrement équipé aussi bien au niveau électroménager (cuisine, lave-linge...) qu’au niveau services (draps, serviettes, gel douche, papier toilette...). Nous avons même eu des cadeaux de bienvenus de la part de Juan : corbeille de fruits, boissons, nécessaire pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui nous a agréablement surpris ! L’appartement est à 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre ville mais il y a également des transports en commun non loin. Enfin, des places de parking gratuites se trouvent à proximité : parking à quelques minutes à pieds, rues gratuites autour d’un parc voisin. Nous étions en voiture et avons trouvé de la place gratuite chaque soir, ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans le budget vacances !
