Nice option for quick stays.

Modern and clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Features a bed and a sofa. AC works both for cooling and heating. Smart TV with streaming platforms. Nice lighting modes and bathroom. Some groceries nearby.

The entrance to the apartment is right from the street with no safe box provided. A bit far away from the city center: Walking there takes about 25 mins, with the nearest metro station about 15 mins away. A tram station is nearby, though.

Very nice stay!

The apartment was the perfect size for a 3-night stay. We really loved the kitchenette as we were able to save some money and cook. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Overall, great experience.

The only thing I didn't love was the location, because it isn't super close to the center or beach, but it was easy to get to both of those locations using public transportation.

Good value for money

The apartment has what needed to stay comfortable for a couple of days, well equipped kitchen, heat and comfortable bed. Right in front of the place, you can find a big supermarket, buses and tram.

Maybe some hands towels. The were nothing to dry your hands not in the bathroom nor in in the kitchen. Also,, it. would be good to have extra blankets, even if it’s a small one for the sofa (if you’d like to chill there, the only blanket is the one you sleep on the bed)

Very clean and everything you needed to feel right at home. Bright and spacious flat, right outside of a streetcar stop and several bus stops nearby. Great communication! (Be careful when using GPS directions, there is another Urban Loft in Valencia.)

Not a negative complaint, just a note that you are in the city. So, if you’re sensitive to street noise when sleeping, plan to play white noise on a speaker or bring earplugs.

Clean, modern comfortable unit just outside of city center.

Beds are comfortable. Apartment has good heating. Bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water, shower gel and shampoo. Lots of plug outlets and lighting. Unit does have some traffic noise (cars, tram) but it's not overbearing. Very quiet during the night for sleeping. Kitchen setup is decent. Host is extremely helpful and cheerful. Location is good for us (about 2km away from the city center). Lots of public transit right on the doorstep. Self-entry is very straightfoward and unit is right at street level (no stairs !!!). Would definitely book again when in Valencia.

La atención de Jorge fue genial, días previos nos dio indicaciones, nos detallo como entrar y como entregar. Al igual que nos permitió entrar antes de lo marcado.

Hubieron ciertos detalles en la limpieza y había un olor a cigarro, le mencionamos a Jorge, sin embargo no estuvo tanto en sus manos el hecho de que oliera así

Apartamentos nuevos con muy buena relación calidad-precio

Hice una escapada rápida a Valencia y el apartamento me sorprendió mucho. La ubicación es bastante buena: el centro está a un paseo y el tranvía para ir a la playa prácticamente lo tienes en la puerta, así que moverse es facilísimo. La cama es muy cómoda y todo estaba nuevo y súper limpio. Tener un supermercado justo enfrente es muy práctico. El apartamento está muy bien equipado: el kit para fregar, los productos de aseo y el detalle de tener agua y cápsulas de café de cortesía se agradecen un montón. Además, me dejaron muchísimas toallas. En la cocina hay mil utensilios y electrodomésticos, todo muy moderno. El acceso es con código y luego tienes la opción de llave y fue muy cómodo. El propietario estuvo atento en todo momento. Sin duda, volveré.
