Modern and clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Features a bed and a sofa. AC works both for cooling and heating. Smart TV with streaming platforms. Nice lighting modes and bathroom. Some groceries nearby.
The entrance to the apartment is right from the street with no safe box provided. A bit far away from the city center: Walking there takes about 25 mins, with the nearest metro station about 15 mins away. A tram station is nearby, though.

The apartment was the perfect size for a 3-night stay. We really loved the kitchenette as we were able to save some money and cook. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Overall, great experience.
The only thing I didn't love was the location, because it isn't super close to the center or beach, but it was easy to get to both of those locations using public transportation.
