We had an absolutely wonderful stay and were very impressed overall. The location was excellent, with a tram stop just one minute from the building, making it easy to get around and explore the city. There was also a supermarket just on the corner offering everything you might need, as well as several cafés and small eateries in the surrounding area.
We were also very happy with the facilities – the room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having the option to cook and being able to use the washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient.
A special thank you goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – truly an amazing host who made us feel at home from the very beginning.
Travel tip: Tram line 4 provides a direct, no-transfer connection to the beach in about 20 minutes. Public transport in Valencia is, by the way, very well organized and affordable. Use it!
Occasionally, some noise from the street could be heard (the room is located on the ground floor right next to the sidewalk), but we were so tired after exploring the city that we slept without any problems. Nothing significant that would spoil our stay.

Letto comodissimo, bagno grande e tutti i servizi essenziali per un soggiorno di diversi giorni. Struttura pulita ed host molto gentile e disponibile.
