We had a wonderful three week stay. With some basic upgrades, this place would merit a score of 10

Great location, family and student/university neighborhood without the tourist crowds. Two blocks from the Turia gardens, which makes for easy access to the whole city. The bedrooms were spacious and bright, useful entryway with coat rack. The kitchen was a good size with a large refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the apartment was great for a three week stay.

The living room furniture was functional but somewhat cheap and uncomfortable. An upgrade to commercial quality furniture would make this a better rental. The kitchen needs more basic utensils: we bought tea/coffee mugs, a cutting board, place mats for the glass table, serving bowl, and tea pot. Water damage in the bathrooms should be repaired, and simple corner shields would prevent water from leaking all over the floor.

Good price and good location - but unfortunately, that's about it

Pretty good location: about 15 minutes to go downtown, and about 15 minutes to go to the beach (with the car, taxi, or Uber). Decent neighborhood: supermarket and pharmacy nearby for all essentials, subway station is about a 2-minute walk away. The owner was pretty friendly and responded to our request for new cooling fans immediately.

Unfortunately, the photos did not match the real apartment. There was mold and mildew on the shower curtains as well as on the closet walls, as well a permeating sewage smell coming out of the kitchen. Furthermore, the dishwasher leaked water throughout the kitchen. Bathroom floor tiles and caulk were dirty and dusty. When we first arrived, we found out that there was only one air conditioning unit in the main room/living room. The apartment was very hot and unbearable. The fans in the bedrooms did not work either. However, the owner brought up new fans immediately. Beds were pretty rudimentary. The bedding was a bit smelly so we had to use the laundromat right downstairs to get them rewashed and dried. Overall, the apartment was bare-bones and in my opinion, needs a thorough cleaning and as well as TLC before being offered to guests again (especially with the mold issues).

We will go back to Valencia and probably again here at FV flats.

Everything was perfect. We arrived in the middle of the night and entering the appartement was easy and as described on the messages we received from the host. Appartement is very specious and it's location is perfect. All was clean including the whole building not just the appartement. Bus line number 32 is very close and there is a bus on like every 7 minutes. Huge supermarket just around the corner. You can see Mestalla stadium from the windows as a bonus.

Beautiful Valentia

Cozy apartment with very comfortable bed, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entering in the apartment is very simple. Location is excellent, near the metro and bus stations, and near the parks, yet in a quiet part of town. Laundry service is on the ground floor of the building. .

Kitchen could be a little better equipped. The ironing board is small and non-functional.

Great location, but a fairly modest apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location. We attended a game at Mestalla, which is visible from the windows. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was fairly easy to park the car in a public parking lot close by. The city center and old town are within walking distance, and there are parks and the Turia area nearby, which made it easy to walk the dog.

The apartment did not match the photos, as it was much more basic, worn, and slightly rundown. The doors required codes to enter, but the main door's access mechanism didn’t work. There was only one set of keys for the apartment, and the host was unable to provide more, which made it difficult for a family of four to move around (we had to call the host from the main door to get inside without a key).

Great!

I liked the comfort and the way everything was super clean. Also, the check in was at 4pm.. and i was with two kids, so they speed up the process of cleaning so we were able to enter the flat around 2pm, which was super nice.

Reccomended for a few nights and close to attractions, however important to be aware of fixtures

The location was the biggest plus point, very accessible to transportation, quiet neighbourhood and close to shops. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms in the apartment was useful. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils. When we had troubles the host was very easily and quickly reachable through whatsapp.

During the stay in the apartment, the door handle of the bathroom came off and thankfully no one was stuck inside; the fixtures seem a bit old and run down. Furthermore, both bathrooms while showering, would always leak water. There was only one small toilet paper roll provided and we had to buy our own. One of the rooms had a very dirty bed and thankfully no one had to sleep there. A water jug would have been appreicated to be able to put into the fridge for cold water during summer months.

A total fit!!

We liked how confortable the beds were, and also that it was easy to move around the city by subway, bus or just walking to the downtown.

Perhaps if I have to say something the on suite bathroom was a tad small, but really the apartment worked perfectly for us!!

It is absolutely not a quiet apartment. The floors and walls are old and not soundproof. We can hear the construction downstairs, the strange moan upstairs, and talking behind the walls.

- Great communication with host - a direct route on the metro to airport is very close to the apartment - Good location close to metro/ bus and local supermarkets/restaurants/bars. Although not completely central, it is easy to hop on the metro or walk along the river. - Good value for money. Although we had some minor criticisms, we felt that it was fair for what we paid for

- the apartment was a little tired and sparse. For example, we needed a breadknife, more toilet roll, another towel ideally. - the shower needs updating as it squirts from the shower head and the curtain is not effective at containing the water - the aircon needs updating. 2 of the bedrooms had a plug in fan, but the 3rd one didn't.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing property with everything you need. The host Juan was very easily reachable and always there for any questions we might have. Location is absolutely the best, 15-20 min walk from centre and 2 minute from metro station. A few supermarkets very close to the apartment, kitchen fully equipped. Rooms were clean and spacious. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed it, will definitely visit again!! Thank you!

Great size well equipped apartment which is great value for money. Great location main park was within a 10 min walk, from which you could access every tourist attraction. Metro station just around the corner, supermarket across the way, cafe bars on the corner.

The Appartement is roomy and the beds very comfy. We arrived to late , but the lady with the keys waited and was very helpful and friendly. The Appartement is close to the city centre and very quiet. We certainly got value for money.

Hubo problemas a la llegada porque no se abrió la puerta del portal del edificio con las isntrucciones entregadas. Una vecina nos tuvo que abrir. Lo demás sin problemas. Lo otro es que tuve que alargar una noche más la estancia y el pago de esa noche extra fue engorroso porque el link de pago de booking no funcionó. Tuve que solicitar a mi banco que realizara una transferencia internacional a la cuenta del alojamiento lo cual demoró un poco.
