Malvarrosa by Concept Flats

The location was great, nearby bus station, supermarket and other shops and places for breakfast. Also beach is 10 mins away by walking.

The apartment is not in the condition shown in the photos. We expected a fully renovated and well-maintained apartment, but in reality, it is in need of renovation. All the doors squeak and are quite noisy when closing. We were provided with only one set of bed linen. The sound insulation is very poor, the neighbors are quite noisy, and you can hear almost everything throughout the building. The furniture is worn out and some of the wall wallpaper is damaged. If you like to cook knifes are not sharp and there are only small plates. One of our biggest problems were moskitos. There are no moskito nets on windows. That being said, the apartment is reasonably priced for what you get.

L emplacement proche commerce et plages...ligne de bus nombreuses pour aller en centre ville
