Comfortable stay in a convenient area to get to the beach (walking) and into Valencia by bus/tram. Walls are a bit thin as we could hear the neighbors above us at 1am most evenings. Spartan kitchen supplies and walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall we had a lovely stay.

instead of being simple and fast, too many details, codes, links, apps on the phone..until you get to the keys.

Fernando is a very friendly host, the apartment is located close to the beach (5 min walk) and all equipment was available.

Tout est bien et il y a juste les finitions de la peinture à revoir dans l’ensemble de l’appartement et la colonne de douche et le joint sanitaire côté receveur de douche à changer
