Location proche de la mer et d’une station de métro. La literie est de bonne qualité. La cuisine manque d’un entretien efficace. Le gérant est très aimable et arrangeant. Cela dit, on vient à Valence pour la mer, le soleil et la visite de la ville et de la cité des arts et des sciences.

Desde mi punto de vista la casa es acogedora, bien ubicada y espaciosa. El salón muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo a todas aquellas personas que busquen un buen alojamiento de vacaciones. Nos han tratado genial.
