Perfect couple's studio near Malva-rosa beach

The apartment was fantastic—spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. From coffee, salt, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap to thoughtful extras, everything was at our disposal. The host was exceptionally kind, allowing us to check in three hours earlier than scheduled and providing a beach umbrella along with other beach accessories free of charge. A lovely touch was the set of wine glasses. The apartment also comes with a hair dryer, microwave, iron, washing machine, room refreshener, mosquito electric plug in and mosquito nets for added convenience. Best of all, it’s in an excellent location: very close to the beach, with direct bus connections to the main bus station, Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, Ciutat Vella, and Ruzafa. It truly ticked all our boxes; we couldn't be happier that we found this place available and we did not want to leave it. I would highly recommend choosing this cute studio for your stay in Valencia.

Not very a dislike but it is on the ground floor so when the garbage is picked you can hear them doing that, otherwise it is very calm neighbourhood.

la struttura all’interno era accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi basilari

la struttura esternamente è vecchia e si trova in una posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia ma comunque poco sicura negli orari notturni se vi volete muovere a piedi o con i mezzi.

Anna a été très sympathique et m'a accueillie correctement en me présentant la chambre et les équipements de manière très claire malgré la barrière de la langue. La chambre était très propre et j'ai pu bénéficier de tranquillité durant mon séjour, l'immeuble étant calme

L'appartement se situe un peu loin du centre ville, il faut prendre le bus pour y accéder, ce qui n'est pas toujours pratique lorsqu'il est tard et qu'il n'y a plus de transports. Pour autant, il est dans un quartier très calme et à 20 minutes à pied de la plage

Bardzo sympatyczne mieszkanie na parterze w niewielkim domu. Bez problemu bezpłatny parking na ulicy przy budynku. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne w podróży i nie tylko. Był do użytku sprzęt plażowy, bo do morza 10 minut spokojnym krokiem.

Kiváló szállás

A szállás rendkívül tiszta és kényelmes volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Minden adott volt a nyugodt és hosszabb tartózkodáshoz is: saját konyha főzőlappal, mikrohullámú sütő, eszközök, TV, légkondicionáló, saját fürdőszoba, mosógép, valamint strandfelszerelések is rendelkezésre álltak. A környékkel sem volt probléma, volt a közelben bolt, étterem, dohánybolt, gyógyszertár, a strand pedig mindössze 10 perc sétára található. A tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Al pesar de ser solo una habitación, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estancia agradable. Cocina y baño sin compartir con otros huéspedes.

Habitación muy práctica y cómoda.

La habitación es muy práctica ya que tiene una zona de cocina, baño y la cama en sí, ademas cuenta con nevera cosa que agradezco bastante. Hay paradas de autobús a 1-2 minutos andando. La dueña muy amable cuando nos dio las llaves.

El baño desprendía olor. La bañera no tragaba muy bien el agua y el lavabo tampoco. El microondas tenía un olor muy raro que no se iba y estaba sucio y mojado. El escurre platos se nota que hace mucho no se limpia, se veía muy sucio.

Spaziergänge am Meer

Von der Unterkunft bis zum Strand waren es nur 17 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Bett war bequem und alles Nötige, um sich wohlzufühlen war in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Straßenbahn, mit der man in die Innenstadt kommt, ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch Supermärkte sind von dort aus sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Häuser in der näheren Umgebung sahen etwas heruntergekommen aus. Ich bin nachts nicht draußen unterwegs gewesen, habe mich ansonsten jedoch zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Kein großes Problem, aber vielleicht eine Anregung: Ein Kartoffelschäler wäre super.

Op loopafstand van het strand, erg schoon en compact!

We hebben met zijn tweeën een fijne tijd in dit appartement gehad. Het is weliswaar compact, maar compleet uitgevoerd en ook heel schoon. Het grote pluspunt is de ligging. Het strand op loop-/fietsafstand. Binnen 10 minuten ben je te voet op het strand. Aanrader om te gaan eten: la Pataquete (om de hoek).

Voor 4 personen biedt het weinig privacy. Houd er ook rekening mee dat het in een levendige buurt ligt.
