A rip-off / to avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. A rip-off. The opposite of hospitality. Draconian rules (see text messages). Bad neighborhood shopping carts, quad/ATV in the street, building in poor condition. When we arrived, the neighbor who squats in the adjacent premises—which are very dirty—was sleeping on the floor 1 meter from the front door. I asked to cancel and it was refused. A scam. A rip-off. Also, what is this practice of asking for deposits before giving out the key box codes? This procedure is not provided for by Booking.

Horror Movie Experience

Horror Movie Experience This place was an absolute nightmare. The common areas were filthy and cluttered with random furniture and junk. When I arrived, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were no towels provided. I stayed for 10 days, and during that time, the bed linen and towels (there was only one towel for everything) were never changed. The room wasn’t cleaned once, and even the trash was never taken out. There was no air conditioning in the room, and the heater that was supposed to work didn’t. The bathroom is tiny, shared among four apartments, and lacks even basic shelves or hooks to place your things—something essential in a shared space. The shower quickly runs out of hot water, and the kitchen doesn’t even have a place to sit. To make matters worse, one of the neighbors was extremely unhygienic, and the stench coming from their unit was unbearable every time I entered the apartment. If the justification is that it’s a budget-friendly place—that’s no excuse. There are affordable places that are clean, organized, and functional. This was none of those things.

De douche was prim, evenals de koelkast, een goed scherp mes én het tweepersoonsbed aan één kant.

Gasfornuis waarvan 3 branders weg waren met een briefje dat je op die ene brander 15 minuten max mocht koken per keer. De wasmachine stond een notitie bij 15 minuten à € 5,- en geen droogrek of iets. Bij aankomst was het aanrecht niet schoon. De flinke vlek naast het fornuis is ook niet schoongemaakt door de vriendelijke schoonmaakster. Zelf heb ik het ook bewust zo gelaten. De keukendoeken zijn niet vervangen, het kleine doekje in de badkamer heb ik verruildvoor een doekje wat ik dan weer extra kreeg van de schoonmaakster. Het is een deelappartement, waarbij alleen de eerste nacht -van de 8- due ik er was, nog één andere kamer in gebruik was. Bijzonder voor een deelappartement: met weinig moeite kijk je vanuit de keuken de badkamer in richting de douche! De slaapkamer kan verwarmd worden, de huuskamer/keuken niet. In deze tijd was die ruimte gewoon steenkoud, dus met jas aan eten.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie łatwo się dostać dzięki dobrej komunikacji. Gospodarz szybko reaguje na pytania i prośby. Mieszkanie wygląda dużo lepiej, niż zapowiada budynek z zewnątrz. Pokój czysty.

Brak działającej umywalki w łazience. Gospodarz udostępnił łazienkę w sąsiednim apartamencie, aczkolwiek jest to utrudnienie. Podobna sytuacja z kuchenką.

Le logement est propre,vu l'intitulé j'étais inquiète mais le quartier est respectable.7mn à pied du départ du Semi-marathon Très bien desservi par les transports en commun.Un peu bruyant l'extérieur en fin de journée mais avec des boules quies c'est bien. Le système de clés à code est très clair. Un peu gênant de devoir installer une application pour la TV mais Netflix invité est une très bonne proposition

A dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia con la zona dei locali... Ristoranti, Bar, Disco Pub ecc.ecc. Vicinanza di supermercati, farmacia e negozi vari. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente se si viene in auto. Cucina a disposizione nell'appartamento con la possibilità di cucinarsi qualcosa a casa se uno non vuole mangiare fuori. C'è anche una lavatrice....

Ottimo il fatto di avere la televisione con abbonamento ai canali Netflix, ma il televisore posizionato così è scomodo. Avrei messo un braccetto sempre così a muro, ma che si potesse girare verso chi sta' a guardare sul letto. Capisco la preoccupazione per il materasso, ma lasciandoci la plastica sotto diventa rumoroso. Comunque il letto è alto e abbastanza duro. A me piacciono i letti così.

ATENCIÓN ESTE HOSPEDAJE MANIPULA LOS COMENTARIOS ( BORRA LOS REALES Y SE AUTO CALIFICA COMO EXCELENTE), hice reserva porque sólo había buenos comentarios aunque sin narrativas, (los malos comentarios,LO REALES, aparecieron después de terminar el alojamiento de mi madre) La app debería permitir subir más de 4 fotos, porque sólo 4 no alcanza para retratar el desastre que es el lugar. Reservé para mi madre de 65 años.TIENEN DOS PISOS EN ESA PLANTA BAJA, UNO QUE TIENE LOS CIMIENTOS TAN PODRIDOS QUE HUELEN A BAÑO DE GATOS CALLEJEROS Y DONDE LA LAVADORA QUE DEBERÍA PODER USARSE, PERO LA DESCONECTAN PARA QUE NO LO HAGAS..(INCLUSO SACARON EL TENDER). Y OTRO PISO DONDE TIENEN LA LAVANDERÍA DE PAGO.

La habitación era diminuta. SACARON TODAS LAS HORNALLAS/ FOGONES DE LA COCINA Y DESINSTALARON EL LAVARROPAS (SERVICIOS QUE FIGURAN INCLUIDOS) LOS APARATOS DE COCINA NO SIRVEN O ESTÁN ROÑOSOS!! MIREN y usen el traductor de Google para traducir los chats, ES UN COMPLETO DESASTRE, SOLO LES IMPORTA FACTURAR Y DEJARTE A LA BUENA DE DIOS. ANTES DE LLEGAR pedí una manta de abrigo extra y nos dieron un trapo más, RESULTANDO QUE EN EL OTRO PISO TENÍAN DE SOBRA. PARA PEOR DE TODO, PARECE QUE LES CAYÓ INSPECCIÓN Y SIN COMUNICARME, SACARON TOOOOODAS MIS COSAS DE LA HABITACIÓN Y LAS PASARON AL OTRO PISO (QUE AÚN DESCONOCÍA DE SU EXISTENCIA) , DESESPERANTE GOLPEAR DE NOCHE LAS PUERTAS A LOS DEMÁS VECINOS DEL EDIFICIO Y QUE SI NO FUERA POR ELLOS, YO NO RECUPERABA MIS COSAS!!. EL ÚNICO MOTIVO por el que mi madre extendió su estadía fué porque nos incomunicamos y ella no sabe usar apps. OJO ESTE LUGAR NI DEBE ESTAR HABILITADO PARA ALQUILER TURÍSTICO.
