The apartment is in a very good location and is fully equipped, neat and clean. It fully corresponds to the pictures shown. There is public transport nearby that can take you to any part of the city. The parking lot is very close and is illuminated. The apartment has a balcony. Heating is quite enough. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is fully functional. The owner is very kind and accommodating and dedicated to solving all possible problems.

Die Host ist eine super liebe, hilfsbereite Frau, die uns auch gleich für den Anfang empfohlen hat, wo wir fürs Abendprogramm (kostenlos) hin können. Zudem war sie stets freundlich und war uns sehr behilflich für die letzte Nacht ein Uber zum Flughafen zu buchen. Zudem ist die Lage sehr gut. Malvarossa ist multikulturell und hat einiges an Interessenten Bars, Cafés und Flohmärkten in der Nähe. Zudem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn und danach einem Umstieg in die Metro.
Es wäre natürlich schön gewesen ein Fenster zu haben um mal raus schauen zu können, vorallem da das Wetter sehr wechselhaft während unseres Aufenthaltes war. Das hat das Zimmer etwas weniger komfortabel gemacht und etwas beklemmend, was bei gutem Wetter womöglich irrelevant ist, da man eh viel draußen ist, bei schlechtem Wetter jedoch schön gewesen wäre.

La chica que nos atendió fue bastante amable, tuvimos un trato muy bueno. La habitación en sí fue una muy buena opción habían 2 habitaciones mas pero tienen cerradura y me pareció muy asequible no nos hizo falta nada, contamos con toallas de aseo personal, gel de ducha , champú y secador de pelo.
No me gustó mucho la ubicación del sitio pero al ser solo para ir a dormir no nos genero problema alguno.
