Small, quiet and great location.
The combination lock on the front door was very temperamental. 4 floor without a lifetime got a bit tiresome

Siamo stati bene durante il soggiorno. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e l’host è stato molto disponibile, rispondendo sempre a qualsiasi nostra esigenza con gentilezza e rapidità.
Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva.
Segnaliamo solo alcune piccole accortezze che potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno: la tapparella della camera era rotta e non si riusciva né ad alzare né ad abbassare correttamente; essendo completamente abbassata, risultava impossibile far entrare luce e cambiare aria nella stanza. Inoltre, nel bagno in comune abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la doccia, perché l’acqua tendeva a intasarsi e non defluiva bene, rendendo un po’ scomodo lavarsi.

Доволі простора кімната, працюючий кондиціонер. В інших кімнатах було тихо, ніхто не заважав (за виключенням першої ночі, коли в сусідній кімнаті о 12 ночі дівчата вирішили що їм дуже треба співати).
Класна місцерозташування, поруч метро та багато автобусних зупинок, щоб легко дістатись як до центру, так і до пляжу.
1) Вхідні двері відкриваються кодовим замком. Ми вводили код по мінімум 20 разів щоразу щоб їх відкрити. Замок зламаний. Двері не відчинялись. Іноді це вже просто давило на нерви
2) ненормальний сусід з поверху вище. Вирішив що йому щось не подобається і відпустив свою собаку яка з гавкотом кинулась на нас
3) не закриваються на ключ двері ванної кімнати. Для спільної ванної кімнати це неприпустимо
4) таракани
