Céntricas, Tranquilas y Acogedoras Habitaciones de Matrimonio en Vivienda Compartida

The location was a pleasant 30 minute walk along the Turia Gardens and was easy to find. The access information was detailed and complete. Upon arrival, we were pleased with our accomodations which were clean and fresh ~ there was a pleasant fragrance throughout the residence. Though initially there were no hangers in the closet, our hostess provided ample supplies by the following day ~ we appreciated her prompt response to our request. The kitchen (available to the occupants of all four rooms) was well-appointed and though compact, it was easy to navigate so as to be able to prepare meals. As well, the shared bathroom was clean and well-ventilated ~ supplies were available. The host/hostess were always pleasant and non-intrusive when they went about their chores in between quests. The other guests were always gracious and respectful of their fellow occupants ~ in part, we feel this is due to the comprehensive information provided prior to arrival detailing "house rules" which were reasonable and intended to provide a relaxing and safe experience for all guests. (As we were guests for three weeks, we feel we had adequate time to make observations about the usual experience which one might encounter ~ the residence seems to draw guests who understand and respect the guidelines provided by the host/hostess.)

There was not anything not to like about this residence ~ we certainly would return should we travel to Valencia in the future. [As a note, I would mention that though the address provided does indicate "4° piso" (fourth floor), there is no elevator in the building and from the front door to the residence requires walking up 79 stairs ~ not a concern for us since we had a backpack and two hand bags but it might pose a challenge for anyone traveling with bulky/heavy luggage.]

Удобное расположение, кондиционер в комнате, сама комната просторная. Белье чистое, полотенца чистые, но немного уставшие и с пятнами. Матрас простой, но неожиданно удобный. Это 4й этаж без лифта, поэтому может не подойти людям с проблемами в опорно-двигательном аппарате.

Мы связались и спросили о взможности раннего заселения, но владелец вместо того, чтобы сказать, что нет такой опции, 3,5 часа обещал, что вот-вот закончат уборку. Я бы предпочла получить отказ и распорядиться своим временем иначе. Получив инструкции в 14-55, мы позвонили в указанную квартиру, но нам очень долго не открывали дверь подъезда. Ванная малюсенькая, но это не беда. Хуже, что слив в раковине в ванной практически не работает. В душевой кабинке - тоже. Было бы неплохо прочистить трубы

La ubicación excelente los buses metro tenían acceso al centro y la playa

Un poco el baño por lo q hay q compartir y mi cuarto un poco pequeño. Y q falta ascensor.

The location was okay. It was clean enough and the facilities provided were okay.

Very poor customer service, they don't respond to messages on time and i was locked out twice because of poor response to getting key codes. There's no lift which makes it very tedious for carrying luggages up to the 4th floor, not for long term visitation with huge luggage. Location is close to the express road so it can be very noisy at nights while trying to catch peaceful sleep. I won't be going back there.
