When I arrived at the accommodation, they did not open the door, I had warned that I arrived at 11:30 PM and they never opened the door, they left me on the street at that time with nowhere to go. I called them many times on the phone and they never answered my calls. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE

ХОЛОДНО,СЫРО,НЕ КОМФОРТНО !

Расположение ,скорость заселения .

Останавливался не раз в данной комнате (в квартире ),но это было в ноябре ,приехал в декабре и очень сильно был удивлен ,что нет прибора обогрева 🤦🏽‍♂️,на ночь можно укрыться одеялом,но не целый день укутанным ходить по квартире либо в куртке и шапке ,цена от 40 до 50 евро за ночь ,считаю переоценена ,простая ветродуйка в китайском магазине стоит 15 евро ,видимо на столько экономят электричество ,что не хотят покупать ,вещи постиранные в ручную (так как стиральная комната закрыта на ключ )сырые ,вещи которые просто лежат сырые из за влажности в квартире ,не приятное ощущение вечного холода в квартире,комнате и потом одевать сырые холодные вещи за проживание в 40-50 евро за ночь ….ну такое ,подумайте несколько раз прежде чем заселится .

Если вы за бюджетный вариант, то вполне подойдёт. Спальный район, но найти здание сложно ( благодаря месторасположению через Whatsap нашел).Чисто, две ванные, кухня. Ближайшее метро Jesus в 20-25 минутах. В целом неплохой вариант за эту цену

Персонал гостевого дома старается помочь, но общается на испанском. Простые 3-4 номера со старой мебелью

La habitación se encuentra bien ubicada, cercana a la estación de tren y con acceso a transporte público. La anfitriona fue super atenta y comunicativa! Las zonas comunes se encontraban en orden y limpias.

Si tuviera que mejorar algo, las almohadas eran un poco incómodas, pero eso igual es un gusto personal.

La cama no es nada cómoda. Se hundía por el medio y resultaba incómodo dormir dos personas. Además solo cuenta con una almohada grande para dos y encima no olía bien, tuve que poner una toalla encima. Falta una mesita de noche.

No puedes descansar ni dormir hasta muy tarde por qué el edificio está en obras a las 8 ya te tienes q levantar si o si,para llegar tienes que disponer de la anfitriona q deje su trabajo para venir a abrirte la puerta, descansar nada ya que los demás huéspedes tiraban las puertas en fin una noche bastante larga y el frío en el piso ni te cuento 👎🏼
