Kein gravierendes Problem, abe kleine und mittlere Einschränkungen, die bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ins Gewicht fallen

Eliana war im täglichen Umgang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr Sohn war sehr lieb und sympathisch, und auch ihr Mann war insgesamt in Ordnung

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht problematisch, jedoch gab es mehrere Aspekte, die den Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt haben. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsreich und tagsüber laut. Die Möblierung ist teilweise stark abgenutzt. Ein gemeldeter Defekt im Badezimmer (Toilettenbrille) wurde während meines zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht behoben. In der Küche fehlt eine Dunstabzugshaube, wodurch sich Kochgerüche stark in der Wohnung ausbreiten. Zudem war die Tatsache, dass die Eigentümerin ebenfalls in der Wohnung lebt, nicht klar kommuniziert, was ich als unangenehm empfand.

Ci siamo trovati bene, abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo appartamento condiviso, vicino al centro di valencia, tutto molto pulito, Liliana che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e disponibile dall inizio alla fine della nostra permanenza.

La struttura non è recente come si evince dalle foto e anche il mobilio non è moderno

Très chouette coabitants avec un très bel acceuil ! La chambre est très bien située au niveau des transports en commun. La chambre est grande avec une salle de toilettes personnelles confortable. Je recommende pour les petits budgets !

¡Nos ha gustado mucho! Todo está igual como en las fotos y en la descripción del alojamiento. El baño es privado pero la ducha es compartida. El aire acondicionado nos ha salvado la vida durante la hola de calor. Especialmente me gustaría destacar el tratamiento de la familia que vive en este apartamento. Liliana, su marido y su hijo pequeño son un amor puro. Siempre han sido amables y respetuosos con nosotros, y se nota que están intentando de dar el mejor servicio posible.

Liliana es una casera excelente, muy atenta. Además, pudimos usar libremente la cocina, nos dejó un espacio en la nevera, sartenes, cubertería y todo lo que necesitábamos. El baño también teníamos uno privado y el de ellos lo usábamos para ducharnos. Repetiríamos 😊 Gracias Liliana!!

SIN DUDA RECOMENDABLE

La casera era super maja con nosotros desde el primer día , el ambiente muy agradable y acogedor , además de tener aire acondicionado además de baño y cocina compartida. Nos dejó salir más tarde de la hora y sin ningún tipo de problema. Sin duda es 100% recomendable.

Het was voor ons echt onduidelijk dat het een kamer bij een gezin in huis was, dit wordt niet goed aangegeven. Gedeelde badkamer en toilet, ook nog zonder slot. Staat niet zo op booking vermeld. Uiterst ongemakkelijk!
