Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und konnte sogar Deutsch 👍🏻 Alles war sehr sauber und unkompliziert.
Die Altstadt ist gut zu erreichen und auch ein tolles Frühstückskaffee in der Nähe (Sharbats Helados y Delicatessen).
Das Bett hat ein bisschen geknarrt, aber nicht so schlimm.

Eliana war im täglichen Umgang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ihr Sohn war sehr lieb und sympathisch, und auch ihr Mann war insgesamt in Ordnung
Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht problematisch, jedoch gab es mehrere Aspekte, die den Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt haben.
Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsreich und tagsüber laut.
Die Möblierung ist teilweise stark abgenutzt.
Ein gemeldeter Defekt im Badezimmer (Toilettenbrille) wurde während meines zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nicht behoben.
In der Küche fehlt eine Dunstabzugshaube, wodurch sich Kochgerüche stark in der Wohnung ausbreiten.
Zudem war die Tatsache, dass die Eigentümerin ebenfalls in der Wohnung lebt, nicht klar kommuniziert, was ich als unangenehm empfand.
