Good localization

It was smelly, stuffy and extremely hot, with no real window (the one in the photo opens to the kitchen). There was no sunlight, very little space and it was uncomfortable. The owners were unfriendly and unhelpful

Not Recommended. Tiny room.. hot like a Sauna

The location is good and well connected via public transport

I would never recommend this place for anyone. We had a bad and unpleasant experience for 3 nights. The room is too small for 2 people. And the biggest issue was it was too hot and claustrophobic. Only a small table fan was provided by the host who was staying in the same house. When we asked for one more, she refused. Due to this, our night sleep was always a pain. There is a pet dog in the house which keeps moving all around the house and follows you whenever u go even in the room sometimes....and this was never mentioned in the property description. It is very unfair for guests who have pet hair allergy or who are not pet friendly. Privacy was minimum as the host/owner also is in the kitchen all the time and therefore, we could not spend much time cooking in the kitchen. Also, different people kept coming in the house at odd time and always there was a discomfort being locked up in one small hot room. Overall, it's a big NO.

Very poor

In addition to the the family (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog), we were living with other foreign people together, which was not mentioned in the ad. The room was too small for two persons and too hot and we couldn’t sleep at all. Therefore we searched a new place and wanted to cancel the booking. The woman seemed to be not cooperative, rather unfriendly. So never again, I do not recommend. You don’t have any privacy, only this small room that is mostly occupied with the bed. We did not even know where to put our backs.

Very nice people , clean and in a great place to access the city by walking or Metro station.

Just a 6 minute walk to the Metro for the city centre and Airport with a twenty minute walk into Valencia old Quarter. Great location and a quiet area . The Bedroom was very small filled with the bed but the bed was very comfortable. The streets around the accommodation had lost of bars and not a tourist area good prices for breakfast. Very good for catching the Metro to the airport. The old city gates are not a long walk see photos .

Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt für kleines Geld

Eigene Toilette. Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen. Wir hätten die Küche mit benutzen können. Hatten eigenen Satz Schlüssel. Dürften den Balkon mit benutzen. Hatten einen Ventilator. Netter kleiner Hund.

Wir durften uns nicht bedienen an dem Trinkwasserspender. Hier ist ein respektvoller Umgang gefragt, da es sich um die Privaträume der Vermieterin handelt.
