A bit out from the old town but still walkable distance and great to have parking

Good sized comfortable apartment and great to have parking space that was easily accessed and fit our midsize rental.

Good location, fab communication from the host. Great to have car parking facility's. Clean home from home. Felt very safe..much bigger apartment than I thought.

The bed. Was small and far to soft. But the pillows and bedding was great The shower wasn't attached to wall so had to hold it whiles washing hair. Everything else was great.

Good value for money.

Big and spacious apartment, well equiped kitchen, new building with lift and underground garage. Very good contact with owner and very flexible approach. Location close to park and ZOO.

The cleaning standard requires improvement. Quite far to city center (25-30 min walk). The garage is for experienced drivers or small cars - narrow and curvy driveway, narrow parking spot, little space for any manuvers. It’s easy to damage car.

just 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 🙈. It wasn’t easy to open the door to the building. the key often got stuck in the lock

Amazing apartment in a good location. The only thing missing is order in the details.

Good location, close to recreational areas (parks, jogging paths, etc.), a big advantage - underground parking, large two-bedroom apartments with a large living room/kitchen area.

Many small things that would be inexpensive to fix: I would like more towel hooks in the bathroom, the shower head does not have a holder, very poor bed mattresses. And the worst part is the washable part: towels and bed covers. It looks like they are washed in the shortest program without detergents.

Great City Break

Lovely apartment, everything you need for a holiday stay. Very well equipped with underground parking. Very close to the Bio Parc.

Air conditioning not consistent throughout apartment, one bedroom really really cold while other barely cool. Underground parking on the -3rd floor is ridiculously tight, we have a Ford Torneo and my husbands a wonderful driver but it was scary getting in and out.

Great location with easy links to the city centre and beach. Friendly host and the apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean.

Excellent base for a stay in Valencia

A very nice, spacious, tastefully designed and comfortable apartment, very clean and well equipped, with everything you need for your stay. Good heating if you come in winter. Hosts were friendly and helpful and communication with them was easy. If you come with a car, the parking space in the underground garage is a big plus.

Hard to find anything.....well, the lights in the bedrooms are not very bright...no problem for me but my wife likes to have bright lights everywhere )

Amazing flat and facilities!

Very easy to check in, the host will contact you and open the door remotely so you can access the flat and keys. Good parking with lifts from the basement straight to the apartment floor. The apartment is very clean, very modern and comfortable. Great facilities for cooking, nice open living room area. Shower was big and good water pressure. Bed was really comfortable with a memory foam mattress and a small balcony for hanging out clothes.

Some unexplained banging in the night coming from the living room.

El trato fue muy bueno y cercano, además tiene parking y el apartamento está bastante bien, es práctico. La cama es cómoda y la habitación bastante grande.

Creo que deberían cuidar un poco más los detalles, por ejemplo poner jabón de ducha, alguna cápsula más de café (Sólo hay 1) o una botella de agua al llegar.

Alojamiento con buena relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación, aunque no esté en el centro, se tarda unos 25 minutos caminando, pero se puede coger el metro o bus cerca del alojamiento. Hay variedad de tiendas en los alrededores. El alojamiento cuenta con plaza de parking. La recogida de llaves es a distancia con el propietario que facilita la entrada. El alojamiento es espacioso, tiene todo lo necesario.

Habría que reforzar el tema de la limpieza, no es de agrado encontrar restos fecales en el inodoro de los anteriores inquilinos, o encontrar la tostadora sucia con restos de pan. Había un olor muy fuerte y desagradable a ambientador en todo el alojamiento. Los colchones de una de las habitaciones estaban ya viejos.

De accommodatie was mooier dan op de foto’s. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar per telefoon en whatsapp. Parkeerplaats onder het appartement. Zeer centraal gelegen dichtbij supermarkt. Het oude centrum ligt op ca. 20 minuten lopen. Wifi is goed. Appartement is netjes en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Totaal geen geluid van andere appartementen en het ligt in een rustige, mooie en veilige wijk. Echt een aanrader.

El estado del apartamento y que tenía plaza de garaje.

La hora de salida, a las once tuvimos que salir. Teníamos una boda y nos hubiera gustado salir un poco más tarde. Le preguntamos al propietario pero nos dijo que no podía ser. A las once ya estaba la persona de la limpieza y en el apartamento.

Bon dans l'ensemble mais ...

L'appartement est très fonctionnel tout climatisé. Ce qui est un gros plus avec la chaleur à Valence. Le parking dans l'immeuble est aussi très pratique ainsi que l'emplacement de l'appartement et des commerces. Certaines activités se font à pied et d'autres nécessitent un transport. L'emplacement est globalement très bien. Le service d'hébergement est aussi à l'écoute. Lave linge et lave vaisselle très pratique.

Les rangements sont inutilisables : un des placard ne s'ouvre pas. L'autre n'a qu'un emplacement pour des cintres mais avec très peu de cintres. Il n'y a pas assez de couverture 6. La vaisselle est disponible est au strict minimum ce qui oblige à lancer le lave vaisselle à chaque repas. Donc très très cher payé pour ce niveau de qualité....
