Great spot to chill, and walk or run in Valencia's green lung.

The apartment was very spacious. The area is quiet. And it's only a 2 minute walk to the Turia Gardens. It makes it an ideal spot to chill, walk or if you want to go for a run. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great place to stay. And the host is friendly & relaxed. We travelled with 2 younger kids. Several great playgrounds are nearby.

The access was difficult. I didn’t receive any instructions as stated on my booking. I had to ring on arrival and then exchange several messages to learn how to access the apartment. There was no street number so we spent some time trying to find the apartment and getting in to it was very complicated. This should all be explained more fully in the initial details and certainly once booked

The apartment was spacious and clean; it was one of the best places I've stayed at in Spain. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. Private garage parking was available and included and was just around the corner.

There wasn't much to dislike. I typically like properties within walking distance of the city center which this was not (the zoo was within walking distance though), but the place made up for it in other ways.

Proper instructions to get into the apartaments. Representatives were kind to let us drop a luggage before check in time. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned after previous guests. location good enough . Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. A good supermarket is nearby. The apartment is comfortable. Separate bedrooms and living room.

The apartment is poorly equipped if taking into account the number of possible guests. Cutlery is for two to three people. Half of the electrical outlets don't work. Lamps without bulbs. There was not even a pinch of salt or a spoon of oil in the apartment. That might be especially uncomfortable for short term stay. the tablecloth is worn out.

Obtížný vstup do bytu kvůli nepřesným instrukcím a elektronickému zámku. 2. Parkovací dům byl špatně označený a těžko dostupný. 3. Plísnivé a zanedbané koupelny, nedostatečná údržba bytu. 4. Chaotická a matoucí komunikace s hostitelem. 5. Balkónový stůl byl nestabilní a potenciálně nebezpečný.

Lo que más nos gusto que es un apartamento amplio ya que las habitaciones están alejadas del salón y mientras nuestros niños dormían nosotros los adultos podemos charlar sin molestar .Estaba muy limpio y tiene una parada de metro que te lleva al aeropuerto y el centro en 5 minutos.El parking Gratuito para dos vehículos es un extra y el poder ir andando al parque cabecera y bioparc otro extra

La casa es muy amplia y comoda, adicionalmente la ubicación esta muy bien, ya que esta en una zona tranquila pero no muy lejano al centro
