Nice apartment for a short stay

The apartment was nice, clean, it's close to the metro station and it was quite affordable for Valencia.

The building has very thin walls and you can hear the neighbors, it's an issue if you're used to quietness at night.

Definitely worthy for money!

Apartment is renewed, quite close to city center, also not far from the airport.

The only thing was bad smell from the pipelines, but if you close the windows and turn on the air-conditioning you do not smell it.

Location close to 2 metro stations less than 5 minute walk Supermarket/restaurants & bars close by again 5 minute walk Balcony which had sun all day Super comfy large double bed with plenty space in bedroom Villeta was very pleasant & welcoming Great messaging from host Ideal base to explore Valencia Great value for money

4 flights stairs but got us fitter as the week went by Road noise/traffic & noisy neighbours at night but we're used to living on a main busy road but the neighbours shouting too much

The eclat of cozy flat!

The host welcomed us very warm, we had the possibility to check in early (just for leaving our luggages). The flat is big and quiet, comfortable, excellent for families with kid(s). The kitchen is well equipped. Very closed to the metro station. Walking distance to Biopark (if you won't afraid to walk 1.5 km). We plan to come back again in the next years! Many thanks!

Exceptional

The flat has an excellent location near the metro station and supermarket. It has everything you need for an excellent stay in town, two bedrooms, a kitchen fully equiped, clean bathroom and also a living room with sofa, TV, a table to eat The host is very nice and makes everything she can for you to feel confortable. A big plus is the fact that she allowed us to keep our ludgage în the apartament after the check out because we had the flight later in the evening. This was a big help for us since this allowed us to enjoy at maximum of our last day in Valencia

Buen piso, difícil de aparcar.

El piso comodo y limpio, que es lo más importante. No está lejos de la ciudad (no usamos transporte publico)

El edificio es un poco viejo y en mal estado, aunque no así el piso que esta muy bien). Dice parking libre en la calle, pero encontrar donde aparcar es una odisea. Una de las noches estuvimos casi una hora buscando y terminamos aparcando a más de 1 km de distancia.

L'appartamento nuovo dotato di tutto ciò che serviva,dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice allo stendino ..Letti comodi,anche il divano letto che avevamo in salotto..Struttura comoda anche per sei persone..Condizionatori presenti in tutte le stanze.Nonostante fossimo su una strada non ho sentito grandi rumori esterni..Vicinanza alla metro con fermata "mislata" e ai supermercati..In 20 minuti con la metro sei in centro. Consiglio di fare la Valencia card perché conveniente. Staff gentile..

Purtroppo essendo in un palazzo un po' vecchio non è presente l'ascensore e le aree comuni sono da rivedere .

Estremamente soddisfatti della scelta!

Alloggio in posizione strategica. Vicinissima alla metro e facile da raggiungere. Appartamento carino e comodo. Avevamo a disposizione tutto il necessario: lavatrice, forno, frigo, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, ecc. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e la governante super disponibile e gentile.

Excellent séjour

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et bien localisé (proche du métro et en accès direct depuis l'aéroport). Ce séjour en famille nous a permis de découvrir Valence, une ville à la hauteur d'une capitale (cité des arts et des sciences, bioparc, centre historique). A noter : l'appartement est situé au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. La literie est ferme.

Les voisins étaient bruyants et la cloison n'est pas très bien insonorisée.

Appartamento con tutti i comfort, situato in una località piena di negozi, a 5minuti a piedi il supermercato, meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro che ti porta all'aeroporto in15 minuti, e vicino ad una fermata autobus, nell'appartamento c'era tutto.Consiglio!!
