Great apartment within easy reach of the centre of Valencia

We've been travelling around Europe for 9 months and have stayed in over 50 apartments, and this one is definitely in the top 3. It's just a lovely, clean, spacious apartment in a nice neighbourhood, and Lorenzo the host is great too. About 10 minutes walk to the Mislata metro station, then 10-15 minutes ride into the City.

Only that the bath towels were a little too small, and didn't really smell that fresh.

The apartment is very big, very spacious and very clean. It has all the amenities that we need. We really enjoy our stay in this apartment

Overall, it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The place was clean and tidy. The building was easy to find, thanks to the clear instructions sent to me via WhatsApp the day before check-in. The location was also great, right next to the zoo, and we could even hear the sound of animals, which added a fun touch to the experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Very clean, spacious apartment which suited our needs as we were passing through travelling south. Host very responsive. Parking can be difficult depending on time of day.

The third bedroom is a sofa bed and very small and uncomfortable.

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in an check out was easy. Communication with the owner was fast via Whatsapp. Nice café and playground under the apartment.

Mattresses could be changed. It is not about the apartment but parking was horrible even in the quite big parking area next to the apartment.

Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood

If you are looking for a big flat with two bedrooms, Biopark View Apartment is definitely one to consider. I checked many options and do not regret that we rented the one in Mislata. The owner is very responsive and supportive. In case of questions or requests, he is always available either on What’s up or booking messages. When we arrived, something was wrong with the AC (heating) system and I could not fix it myself. Lorenzo came within 1,5h and fixed everything within 5min. He also brought a set of pans, since the ones in the apartment were not in the best condition. The apartment has mostly everything you might need. I would even say, it has 3 bed rooms, living room and kitchen. One of the bed rooms is very small but it might be good for a kid up to 12 years old. My favorite is an Italian style coffee maker! There are two of them! One coffee maker is so big that it was enough for me and my wife! A few supermarkets are in the walking distance (10-20 min), closest subway is 15 min away, airport is just 7 stations away (same line as Mislata, costs 3,80€). Valencia has many playgrounds for kids and one is just outside (100 meters away). We asked for a cot and baby chair, both were in the apartment for free. There are even a box with toys in the flat. If you wish to visit a zoo (biopark), it is 20 min away. You will hear a lion from time to time :) A washing machine and a dryer were definitely a big plus. A big fridge was also great. Simply amazing restaurant Belua is 100 meters away. Highly recommended!

One of the main disadvantages of this flat - it is not equipped with a dishwasher. I would say the second disadvantage is the absence of wine glasses. It is Spain! The country of good wine… How people can drink wine from water glasses? It is a disgrace! It would have been nice to have a bit more oil, pepper and toilet paper for the customers, who stay for a week.

Great apartment managed by an excellent host. Clear instructions and no hassle check in. Large and clean apartment, very well equipped. Location perfect for families with a lovely playground across the street. We only had a night to stay here unfortunately.

Quiet apartment on the outskirts of Valencia, near the Biopark.

An amazing apartment! Clean, spacious and the location is right outside Valencia in a quiet neighborhood. You can see the Biopark a few hundred meters away and while you won't probably see any giraffes popping their heads above the trees, you'll definitely hear the elephants (I think!) in the distance :) But it's not at all disrupting, in fact I found it very charming. The apartment has a small balcony and pretty much everything you need: microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc. The apartment is a 15 minute ride away from the airport to the West and the central train station in Valencia.

Some chairs for the balcony would've been nice, but other than that everything was great.

Spotlessly clean and very helpful owner.

Impeccable clean and tidy apratment with really good facilities and equipment. All rooms were well equipped with comfortable beds. The owner Lorenzo is very helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. At arrival we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on so we texted him around 11pm and got a response immediately. Thank you and would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable. Big areas. Two full bathrooms. Enough wardrobe space. Fully functional kitchen. Stable WIFI. Balcony with green view. Next to the Zoo so you can hear animals roar :).

Something that can be improved is mattresses, which are quite soft for me. And not enough blankets.

El piso está bien. Equipado con lo imprescindible para pasar unos días. El estacionamiento en la calle es gratis pero un poco complicado de encontrar un hueco.

Algunas cosas necesitan actualización, mampara con alcayata, mueble del baño bufado y algunos azulejos agrietados. Nada que impida el alojamiento. Son cosas a mejorar. El sofá del comedor, al ser sofá cama no me gustó la comodidad y los colchones de las camas, muy blandas, un cochos tipo viscoelastico que si te gusta ese tipo de colchones genial, pero para nosotros no era. Lo son las almohadas.

Przyjazna okolica z placem zabaw , winda, parking, pralka suszarka. Bardzo pomocny właściciel:) dobre połączenie z centrum, ale można też zrobić fajny spacer starym korytem rzeki. Z balkonu widać zoo. Od mieszkania 5 min do consum, w budynku na przeciw piekarnia /cukiernia. Zameldowanie bardzo szybkie i jasne instrukcje. Polecam

Brakowało nam zwykłych szklanek lub kubków na herbatę /kawę. Te które były plastikowe nie nadawały się do gorących napojów. Szkoda że tylko jeden kpl kluczy.

Apartamentul este spatios, cu doua dormitoare plus unul mai mic, doua bai si o bucatarie separata destul de mare, bine utilata. Living-ul generos cu balcon. Etajul 1 cu lift, intr-un bloc foarte bine intretinut. La 10 m o caffeterie care merita vizitata. Dusul bun, apa calda la discretie, incalzire in regula.

Din pacate o baie nu are geam, iar ventilatorul nu face fata, pe pereti exista urme de mucegai si persista un miros neplacut. In bucatarie marea majoritate a vaselor si ustensilelor au fost precar spalate si cele pe le-am folosit au trebuit spalate indelung. In parcare trebuie sa ai noroc sa gasesti un loc, dar am reusit.

El piso está cuidado, tiene buenas instalaciones y en un barrio tranquilo con posibilidad de aparcamiento. La atención del propietario es magnífica con buenas explicaciones y trato.

Estancia corta pero cómoda

Lo cierto es que utilizamos el apartamento solo para pasar una noche porque cogíamos un vuelo temprano pero estaba tal cual en las fotos. Es muy espacioso, cómodo, limpio y grande.

Es war alles da was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer und Küche.

Betten waren sehr durchgelegen und durch den Zoo nebenan war es teilweise sehr laut.
