Best price for the location for a big family

Very close to the main historical buildings in the city. 5 minutes walk to the city center. Host was friendly. Although checkin hour was at 5 pm we were able to check in at 2:30 pm and we were able to dropp the luggage at 11:30 am. Norma, the lady that took care of the cleaning between reservations was very nice. You have to understand a bit of spanish for a better comunication.

Kitchen oven was a mess. Couldn't be used. I think the floor wasn't vacumed and mopped, it was a bit dirty. Didn't complain about this, since the cleaning lady was in a hurry to give us green light for the checkin. Kitchen pots could use a replacement. Some of theam are rusty and have high wearing.

Céntrico, cómodo y agradable

La ubicación y lo espacioso del apartamento son aspectos positivos, así como la existencia de aire acondicionado en el tórrido calor valenciano. Además está decorado con gusto mostrando una apariencia muy agradable.Apartamento muy luminoso, cómodo y tranquilo a pesar de estar situado en una zona muy concurrida, justo al lado de la Estación del Norte y muy cerca de la plaza del Ayuntamientoo

Quizá por una desinfección, la escalera de acceso aparecía con cucarachas muertas (alguna viva), de buen tamaño que nadie recogía, alguna pequeña cucaracha apareció en un baño, lo cual es molesto además de que se pueden esconder en los efectos personales. De uno de los lavabos, (cuenta con dos baños) apenas sale un chorrito de agua, y las toallas (como suele ocurrir en los apartamentos, a diferencia de los hoteles ) eran pequeñas y no demasiado nuevas. Con todo, es un apartamento ideal para unas seis personas en pleno corazón de Valencia.

La ubicación es espectacular, todo el apartamento está muy bien, cómodo y muy luminoso. Al principio tuve problemas de horario nos retrasamos pero Norma fue muy amable de esperarnos y darnos la bienvenida. Se tuvo un pequeño problema con la cocina pero nos resolvieron de inmediato. Todo muy limpio y con los utensilios necesarios para hacer de nuestra estancia como familia unas vacaciones espectaculares.

Las vistas,las camas y que es muy céntrico.

Los portones(ventanas)no abren ni cierran bien.las puertas de habitaciones y baños no cierran bien,las manetas se enganchan y la puerta toca en el suelo,el extractor de la cocina arranca pero no funciona ( no absorbe los humos) y al no tener puerta la cocina todo el piso con olor.los sofas te undes al sentarte y son bastante incomodos,hay rallolas del suelo que estás sueltas.la puerta de una de las habitaciones no abre porque toca a la cama y tuvimos que sacar una mesita de noche.En la cocina y en el baño vimos cucarachas pequeñas,a pesar que estaba muy limpio puede ser de los desagues.ojo!!por las noches por el frío encendimos unos radiadores pequeños y saltó la luz, cuando nos dimos cuenta que en la puerta hay un escrito que si pasas de un tope de gasto electrónico salta la luz y te pasan una factura de la misma de lo que has consumido de más.( Increíble) Espero si me pasan una factura ver todo desglosado ya que en la reserva no indica este punto.ya que todo el piso es eléctrico cocina ,caldera de agua...éramos 3 dos adultos y un niño el gasto de luz es mínimo .No me quiero imaginar si son más personas en el piso.La bañera de hidromasaje nada ,oxidada y no funciona.la ventana del baño pequeño no se pudo abrir de la mala olor.la luz del dormitorio pequeño no funcionaba`[ utilizamos la de la mesita]

Het ligt heel centraal gelegen. Een ruim schoon appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Je kunt de luiken sluiten waardoor je geen geluiden meer hoort van buitenaf. Vriendelijk persoonlijke ontvangen bij aankomst. Bij vertrek konden we de sleutels achterlaten.

Locatie

Geen voldoende druk in de leidingen, waardoor er geen warm water was om te douchen. Zag nu review dat dit al veel langer zo is. Gaan en kunnen ze ook niet oplossen, omdat het een oud pand is en de leidingente smal zijn..Verder kakkerlakken in de hal. Elektra, plinten stenen zitten los, beddengoed niet schoon. Wc trekt niet goed door. Bedden zakken door. Geld teruggevraagd, maar niet gekregen.
