nice location
Still waiting for my deposit back. At the payment it is requested that you pay a 400 Euro deposit that should be returned within 7 days after check out.
3 weeks later I am still chasing to have this returned. They say that they have a lot to do and doing there best to return my money, but I see that a lot of people on internet complains about the same, some of them never got there money back The apartment is great, in a great location, however the customer service and communication regarding the deposit is not great. I complied with the guidance and cleaned the apartment before checking out taking out all the rubbish as stated on the rules. As it has now been almost a month and I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned, I have submitted an official complaint to booking.com.

Location was great and walkable everywhere. Other than that it was functional and clean.
There was only air-conditioning in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and the lounge so it was too hot for sleeping in August. The middle bedroom had a pull-out bed which blocked the door so you could not close the bedroom door if you had 2 people in there. It did not matter to us as we put the children in there.

We had a power cut on the first night we stayed and am still yet to get a response from my many missed calls and messages to the host company and it’s been a month...
