Great family and home
Easy access to metro, buses and tram, markets, banks, cafes, farmacy etc
Safe neighborhood
I had to be very careful crossing the streets because of the tram tracks and the people on electric scooters whizzing by.

First of all, the building, reception are, and the home are very beautiful! Importantly, the family is warm and welcoming.
Everything is close by, like the markets, metro station, numerous cafes/restaurants, pharmacy, stationary store, and more.
