La ubicación excelente, es accesible a todos los lugares turísticos, fácil acceso al transporte, a los sitios para comer, comprar alimentos, el lugar es seguro no se escucha bulla y el apartamento se encuentra bien equipado.

The place is close enough to metro and bus station (which we depended on during our stay). Neighborhood is ok, but does not offer much - it is residential area with small park nearby and few places to eat (pizza places and tavernas). Supermarket is very close and excellently equipped. The apartment is very well equipped, as advertised.
It's on the ground floor and you're entering straight in the kitchen. In addition, has daylight only from the streetside, thus not being well lit. Since we were most of the time wondering around, this did not cause us any trouble, yet it affects comfort.
Downside is that you hardly can dry washed clothes having one small drying rack, even in 30+ degrees outside. Being on the ground floor we did not leave windows open (although they have bars).

Appartamento carino in un’ottima posizione di Valencia, attaccato alla metro. Buona la pulizia. Presente lavatrice, forno, microonde, tostapane, macchinetta del caffè.
Isolamento acustico zero! La gente che parlava fuori sembrava di averla in casa, per non parlare delle macchine.
Inoltre mi ero accertata ci fosse la culla per mia figlia, mi era stato detto di star tranquilla… arrivo e la culla non c’era. E per la prima notte abbiamo dovuto far dormire mia figlia in mezzo a noi in un letto di una piazza e mezza, in quanto la culla c’è stata data solo il giorno dopo. Mai più.
