L'emplacement idéal surtout pour le marathon de Valence,, les commodités de l'appartement, proche des transports en commun, supermarché et commerces de proximité.
Un peu froid car le système de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas mais les propriétaires ont voulu nous dépanner en appelant un technicien. Nous avons refusé car le soleil fut rapidement de retour.

На приземен етаж е - отвориш ли врата или прозорец, всички по улицата виждат вътре. Не е добре обезшумен - чувахме дори разговорите на съседите. Не беше добре почистено. Имаше и други проблеми, които описах на собственика, който не направи нищо. (неработеща лампа, развалено тоалетно казанче, недостатъчно хавлии и т.н.)
