L'emplacement idéal surtout pour le marathon de Valence,, les commodités de l'appartement, proche des transports en commun, supermarché et commerces de proximité.
Un peu froid car le système de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas mais les propriétaires ont voulu nous dépanner en appelant un technicien. Nous avons refusé car le soleil fut rapidement de retour.

La stanza è ubicata in una zona buona, a metà tra la città dell'arte e della scienza e il mare. Le dimensioni della stanza sono buone, il letto comodo e il bagno più che accettabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per chi cerca una sistemazione "spartana".
Il problema è quello tipico dei bassi che affacciano su strada: era forte nella stanza l'odore di fogna e onestamente non sembra proprio salubre.
