Todo muy nuevo y bastante limpio
El apartamento es un local comercial reconvertido a vivienda, por lo que daba directamente a la calle, con el ruido y la inseguridad que eso supone, además de que justo en la puerta están los contenedores de basura. Había un olor muy intenso a cañerías en el baño, era muy desagradable estar dentro. El barrio no transmite mucha seguridad y el aparcamiento es muy complicado. Por la mañana entraba mucha luz. Sofá -cama bastante duro y sin almohadas.
