Localização excelente, ao lado da cidade das Artes e das Ciências, magnífica obra de Calatrava. Apartamento bem equipado, confortável e espaçoso. Melhor do que aparece nas fotos. Check-in e checkout ágil sem qualquer dificuldade. Conseguimos um estacionamento público gratuito e próximo ao imóvel.
O apartamento tem um odor estranho, desagradável, tivemos que deixar as janelas abertas e, mesmo assim, o odor persistia. Outro ponto negativo é o fato de a energia elétrica cair sempre que usávamos o fogão (que é elétrico), porém isso durava poucos segundos e logo voltava a funcionar.
